Fraudster
This hotel thrives on the fine print, NOT Service. It is a very unreliable hotel. After booking, you are suddenly sent terms and conditions in capital letters that were hidden somewhere in the fine print. That's how you just paid and you don't get your money back because you don't meet the conditions. You can call or write an email, but you are confronted with rude and barbaric Service. I advise everyone not to book here. So you should earn money instead of offering your guests a pleasant stay in Düsseldorf.

Total customer fraud
It was an absolutely terrible experience – a complete mess! We had booked the hotel back in July without knowing that check-in is only possible until 8pm. We arrived only 15 minutes later, but there was no one left on site. We also got no help by phone – on the contrary: The staff were rude and told us we had to stay somewhere else at our own expense. Feedback, they said, would be given on Monday.
Finally, we had to check in to another hotel and thus pay twice. Despite contacting and sending all documents several times, there was no reaction from the hotel, although they withheld the amount for the booked night. For us, this is clearly customer fraud! We'll report this case to the Consumer Protection Agency.
Our recommendation: Finger weg! No Service, no courtesy, no respect for guests – just cheating.
Finally, we had to check in to another hotel and thus pay twice. Despite contacting and sending all documents several times, there was no reaction from the hotel, although they withheld the amount for the booked night. For us, this is clearly customer fraud! Terrible experience…
I know everyone doesn't like “longreeds” but here is just a minute of your time, which I really hope will save you from a big mistake; all I would like to convey in this review is do not rent a room here, if you have at least some alternative, then use it, because I got into a situation where being late for the check-in time (although I warned that I will be around that time and I was a little late because I got lost in an unfamiliar city) no one opened for me, that is, in the evening, in an unfamiliar city, you stand at the door and find out that you need to look for another hotel. I wrote to this hotel - will they return the money or can they do anything they just told me “no” and that was the whole answer. that's all I would like to say about their service and customer focus

Disappointing and cheeky
Terrible....
I reserved a room at the hotel in Dusseldorf for myself and my underage son.
On the hotel page I left a note that our arrival time would be late as there was an option to select a different arrival time. The hotel had rejected my reservation and check-in but still kept the money.
I tried several times to call the hotel using the phone number provided on the website and leave messages but no one answered. Nevertheless, my son and I drove to the hotel hoping to be let in as we had paid for the room. Unfortunately, at midnight we were alone in front of the door of the hotel and no one opened the door for us. Finally we had to spend the night in a McDonald's. This was very disappointing.
When I tried to call the hotel again and was met with gross rudeness from your employee who shouted at me and accused me of being in the wrong and not being able to read. It saddens me deeply that the employees of your hotel treat guests in this way.
Of course I didn't get my money back... Disappointing.

Tricky Hotel’s Policy : Warning!!!!
The worst service ever. This hotel has such a tricky policy to take your money and don’t provide you the service. I made a booking trough Booking.com, immediately after I called the hotel to inform that I will arrive at 10pm, without any consideration they said the check-in is possible until 8pm. They didn’t give me the possibility to make and early check-in the next day and the worst, they canceled my whole booking, they took my money for the next days without any understanding or remorse.
Sometimes people usually think that these kind of tricky practices can only occur in countries without a proper regulation, but I’ve never experienced this kind of unethical behavior by poor could be the place they were always places to try to match their needs and provide you the best experience possible. As a society we have to say stop to this kind of business that are a shame for the whole sector.
