Great for the fair

I stayed at this property on the occasion of Euroshop 2026. Clean and well-kept hotel, great breakfast and location a stone's throw from the metro to reach ka fiera without taxi.
Also convenient to get downtown always cin the public mezxi. I recommend the rooms from the 3rd floor to avoid traffic noise in the morning.

We arrived to Düsseldorf with 38 degrees and the air conditioning of the 2 rooms that I booked did not work, it was not a good experience.

Outside of one person who pushed the volume of the TV until 1AM, I had a wonderful time at the hotel.

Great Hotel

Great Hotel, Incredibly friendly staff, The guy on the night shift helped us so much when we needed assistance or advise, and booked us a taxi to the Airport at 3am. Cracking location. We upgraded our room and it was large spacious, clean. Highly recommend

Bad experience

Bad experience, I recently made a reservation at this hotel and I realized that unfortunately convinced to have booked for this year I had instead booked for 2027 , after about 3 hours of booking I immediately called to resolve the matter , the hotel proved absolutely inflexible compared to a manifest human error that had not caused any damage !
TREATING A CLIENT IN THIS WAY IS UNACCEPTABLE!

thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that this situation caused inconvenience and we fully understand your frustration regarding the booking error.
We would like to clarify the matter: the reservation was made independently via an external booking platform, and during the booking process a non-refundable rate was voluntarily selected. The corresponding cancellation and modification conditions are clearly and transparently displayed during the booking process and must be accepted before the reservation is finalized.
As a gesture of goodwill, even for non-refundable rates, we offer our guests a tolerance period of up to one hour after the booking is completed in order to correct obvious human errors. Once this period has expired, the booked rate conditions fully apply. In this case, we were contacted approximately three hours after the reservation was made, at which point unfortunately no changes were possible.
Furthermore, for reservations made through third-party websites, our hands are tied, as any changes or exceptions must be handled by the booking platform itself. Only in the case of direct bookings made with the hotel are we able to offer flexibility, such as a date change, even on non-refundable rates.
We sincerely regret that this situation has negatively affected your impression of our service. Our intention is never to be inflexible, but rather to act in accordance with the clearly communicated booking conditions.
