Il Ruby Luna Hotel è eccezionale.
Esperienza fantastica. Super posizione. Camera al 12° piano, nessun rumore, letto molto comodo, camera spaziosa e vista sullo skyline. Area della hall splendida, ascensori veloci e spaziosi e ho adorato il caffè. Ma soprattutto il personale era fantastico. Professionale, cordiale, eccellente inglese. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e tornerò. Inoltre, accanto a questo hotel c'è un ottimo ristorante turco chiamato Bona 'me... non potevo trovare difetti.

Molto caldo
Ci siamo registrati il 23 giugno per un soggiorno di due notti. La nostra camera era estremamente calda e sudavamo senza sosta. Ho parlato con due signori alla reception, Alex e Matthew, e Matthew ha controllato quanto fosse calda la camera. Inoltre, c'erano macchie sulla coperta del letto e sulla tenda. Anche il bagno non era pulito. Non mi è rimasta altra scelta che andarmene e cercare un hotel che avesse un'aria condizionata funzionante. Camere terribilmente calde, impossibili da dormire
***NON CLIMATIZZATE - NON SOGGIORNARE QUI DURANTE LA PRIMAVERA/ESTATE***
Attualmente soggiornando al Ruby Luna Hotel, camera 612.
Sono qui per affari per 2 notti, per fortuna non per un'intera settimana e se fossi qui in vacanza sarei molto arrabbiato perché renderebbe ogni giorno terribile.
Gli hotel hanno un solo compito: fornire una camera confortevole in cui dormire. Può essere scadente in tutto il resto, probabilmente non trascorri molto tempo nella camera a parte il sonno. Quindi, quando un hotel non riesce a fornire un sonno confortevole, diventa inutile.
La mia esperienza finora:
Check-in: Il self check-in è stato facile e semplice.
Hotel/Generale: La segnaletica è orribile.
Al piano terra ci sono 3 ascensori, ti perderai il terzo poiché è arretrato rispetto agli altri ascensori.
Quando arrivi al tuo piano e esci dall'ascensore, non c'è segnaletica che ti indichi dove andare.
Poiché era notte quando sono arrivato, ho provato ad aprire una finestra a tutta altezza verso l'esterno! Non riuscivo a vedere nulla all'esterno perché rifletteva solo tutto ciò che c'era dentro. Fortunatamente era bloccata, altrimenti sarei uscito direttamente da una finestra del sesto piano.
Torno all'ascensore e di nuovo, arretrato in un alcova e sembrando un'uscita di emergenza senza segnaletica.
Attraversi quella porta e ti trovi di fronte a un'altra porta, di nuovo senza segnaletica.
Attraversi quella porta e sei in un piccolo forno di vetro dove scansioni la tua chiave della camera.
Attraversi il forno di vetro e ora sei in un corridoio con un incrocio a T, finalmente, un po' di segnaletica!
Sono 612 . . .
Torna al forno di vetro per vedere se ho preso una direzione sbagliata da qualche parte e rendermi conto che posso usare la pianta di evacuazione e salvataggio. Vedo che la mia stanza si trova nel corridoio 606 - 607, hanno semplicemente fallito nell'unica segnaletica che effettivamente forniscono.
Stanza: Apro la mia stanza, c'è già una scheda nello slot di attivazione, le luci e l'aria condizionata sono già accese. . .
Se oggi a Düsseldorf erano 28 °C, attualmente sono circa 25 °C alle 23: 00 , la stanza ha un controllo dell'aria condizionata strano che è o + 3 °C o - 3 °C, non dice cosa stia effettivamente facendo ma queste sono le uniche opzioni.
L'unità di aria condizionata nel muro sta facendo qualcosa ma è così debole che probabilmente genera più calore che raffreddamento.
Se ti metti direttamente di fronte ad essa, l'aria è sicuramente più fresca rispetto al resto della stanza, quindi se riesci a dormire in piedi di fronte ad essa o a sistemarti sul piccolo davanzale della finestra potresti avere una buona notte di sonno.
Assumendo che abbiano "pre-raffreddato" la stanza per 2 ore prima del mio arrivo, ho la sensazione che sia stato probabilmente più lungo poiché il check-in è alle 15: 00 , è ora accesa da 4 ore, è sicuramente più fresca del corridoio e del forno di vetro ma è ancora una stanza terribilmente calda.
Inoltre, se cambi le impostazioni della ventola su Alta, torna automaticamente su Auto (Bassa) dopo un'ora. . .
Musica: Il piccolo altoparlante Marshall funziona, non ci sono istruzioni su come accoppiare un dispositivo Bluetooth ma basta premere e tenere premuto il pulsante di accoppiamento e entrerà in modalità di accoppiamento.
Il grande altoparlante Marshall richiede un telefono con un jack da 3 . 5 mm. L'etichetta informativa dice che puoi prendere in prestito una chitarra dal bar.
Minibar: Nessun mini-bar, probabilmente hanno deciso che è meglio non aggiungere ulteriore calore a queste stanze quando non riescono a raffreddarle correttamente. Non avere un mini-frigo significa che non puoi mantenere le bevande o il cioccolato freddi nella stanza.
Armadio: spazio per 50 capi di abbigliamento, 3 appendiabiti per camicie, 3 appendiabiti per pantaloni forniti.
TV: La TV non ha opzioni di connettività wireless.
Puoi accedere a 1 delle porte HDMI e la sorgente sul telecomando non è bloccata, quindi puoi usarla.
Il resto del telecomando è bloccato.
La guida TV non si carica correttamente.
Conclusione: Ho letto le recensioni di altre persone qui con le stesse lamentele su quanto siano calde le stanze. Il personale non ha potuto fare nulla, hanno cambiato stanza e ovviamente nulla è cambiato.
Immagino che il personale abbia una formazione specifica su questo: "Se un cliente si lamenta, fai finta di provare a cambiare le impostazioni sul pannello di controllo, ovviamente non servirà a nulla, ma così si passa una notte, poi cambia la loro stanza e così si passa un'altra notte, oppure il cliente non si preoccuperà di cambiare stanza e poi non è colpa nostra, ecc. ecc." "
Non è giusto per il personale dover affrontare le conseguenze di una decisione della direzione.
Forse questo hotel è buono in inverno o in autunno, ma ne dubito.

Our rooms are fitted with a high‑quality air‑conditioning system intended to keep the air fresh and the temperature balanced. If something isn’t behaving as expected, our hosts are on hand around the clock to help on the spot, from checking the settings to making practical adjustments so the room cools more effectively. However, we really regret that, despite our best efforts on site, we couldn't improve the situation to a level that allowed you to fully relax and enjoy a restful night's sleep. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been.
On the in‑room setup: we keep spaces streamlined by design. As part of our Lean Luxury philosophy we don’t place minibars in the rooms, which also keeps heat sources down, but we’ve got a bar which is open day and night for cold refreshments. If you’re travelling with more kit or prefer extra breathing room, our larger categories offer more space and added comfort. For entertainment, the TV allows wired connections, and the portable Marshall amp pairs via Bluetooth; we’ll take your feedback on clarity of instructions on board.
Your note on signage is also helpful. Wayfinding should feel intuitive from the lift to the door, so it’s disappointing that it felt confusing when you arrived late. We want those first moments after a long day to be effortless, not a maze.

Ottimo soggiorno; personale eccezionale
Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno assolutamente fantastico al Ruby Luna Hotel Düsseldorf con la nostra famiglia, prenotando due camere, e tutto ha superato le nostre aspettative.
Le camere erano pulitissime, eleganti e moderne - esattamente quello che speri in un confortevole soggiorno in città. Tutto sembrava fresco e progettato con cura, rendendo facile rilassarsi dopo una giornata a Düsseldorf. Detto questo, una piccola cosa di cui essere consapevoli è la disposizione del bagno. Mentre tutto è pulito e moderno, la doccia — anche se tende — è in qualche modo visibile — attraverso dal letto, e la zona dei servizi igienici potrebbe non sentirsi completamente privata per tutti. Non è stato un grosso problema per noi, ma vale la pena notare a seconda delle preferenze.
Ciò che ha davvero reso questo soggiorno speciale, però, è stato il personale. You’re spot on about the room layout. Our open bathroom concept with all‑glass rain showers is designed to make the most of the space. When you prefer a little more seclusion, the curtain can be drawn around the shower for added privacy. Your take on how that worked for you is really appreciated.

Ci torneremo nella nostra prossima visita a Duesseldorf!
Meraviglioso hotel con grande tema - deko! Avevamo una camera al 12 ° piano e una fantastica vista su Duesseldorf. La stanza - layout ha bisogno di un po 'di regolazione troppo, dal momento che i bagni hanno pareti di vetro ; - ) , ma il nostro aveva una tenda, quindi era ok. Il bar al piano di sotto è fantastico, personale fantastico! Soprattutto il barista Alex era super disponibile e un padrone di casa, ma anche erano tutti gli altri membri del personale con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare.

Being in the tallest building in Düsseldorf’s city centre gives Ruby Luna that little extra vantage point, and it makes exploring easy too. A gentle wander gets you to lively Carlsplatz in a couple of minutes, and from there the Rhine promenade is just a short stroll away.
