A hotel, a place beyond the city.
A place that makes me feel at home in Türkiye while I'm in Germany.

No more Hyatt and you can feel it
After just under 50. Wellem's stay under Hyatt is now nothing as it was after the re-brand, complete standardization seems abandoned and the house now seems completely unguided.
- No welcome letter, no little attention, after 50 stays and although the same employees are still partly on site, as a guest you seem to be just a number that has to pay. At all costs.
- No upgrade possible, you may not buy one despite availability by surcharge, I would have had to rebook another room, but the cancellation of the already active room would not allow a refund; however, we did not want to leave at all, only one of the previously used available rooms gladly use; was not allowed us despite multiple attempts and the will to pay the surcharge.
The soul of the house seems to have disappeared. All agreements with "Guest Relation" in connection with the rebranding in person, but also in writing, were not kept in the end and one could not remember agreements, after all, they were already four months ago and the employees are still available.
The cleanliness of that time no longer exists, at least in the room provided to us; also the dispensers in the bathroom are empty, nothing comes out and is displayed that way.
After the trusting years, an absolute disappointment.

I place great importance on safety, comfort
As a solo female business traveler, I place great importance on safety, comfort, and a good start to the day – and that is exactly what I found here.
I was particularly impressed by the breakfast. The selection is diverse and the quality of the food is excellent. Whether fresh fruit, high-quality baked goods, various egg dishes, or a large selection of savory and sweet delicacies – everything was fresh, attractively presented, and was continuously replenished. A breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired.
Another big plus point is the underground parking garage. It is bright, very clean, and provides a sense of security. Especially when you are traveling alone, you appreciate that. The entrance is pleasantly wide, so that even larger vehicles can enter and exit without any problems. The parking spaces are generously sized, and the entire parking garage appears extremely well-maintained.
Overall, a hotel that is highly recommended, especially for business travelers. I felt safe, welcome, and in good hands during my entire stay. I would be happy to come back.

Top location, top amenities, very accommodating and professional staff, elegant in every detail. But not exhausting. Great bar and breakfast.
