The display of the air conditioning console was not working. Housekeeping colleague came but could not fix the problem. I did not want to change the room as I had already sanitized most reachable areas. The front desk told me no technician was available until next day asked me to tolerate as she could not think of any other solution. A technician came the next morning but still couldn’t not fix the problem. As told by the front desk , the air conditioning was “perfect” except the display. I queried if it was regarded as “perfect” while I had to walk from the room entrance where the AC console is located to the window to feel the fan speed . Yet, I still couldn’t see from the console if the fan speed had been adjusted. Even frustrating, the front desk staff told me that it would take 2 to 3 hours for the engineer to come . I was just given the problem again without solution as appended. Insofar as customer service and caring are concerned, the staff attitude and helpfulness were far from satisfactory. Besides, when I checked out at around 10 a.m. on July 7, I had been assured the remains balance of my deposit will be credited to my bank shortly. However, up till present, I got nothing!!!

It was beautiful again!

We had two wonderful days in Frankfurt and would like to thank you very much for the hospitality.
A special thanks goes to the entire team who have made us a wonderful stay.
From the very friendly reception to the cleanliness of the rooms to the courteous service staff at breakfast – everything was perfect. Also the pleasant flair of the bar and its staff who gave us a nice end to the day. - Thank you -
The Sovitel Frankfort Opera is the pearl of hotels for us.
We will definitely come back.

Es freut uns sehr zu lesen, dass Sie zwei so schöne Tage bei uns verbracht haben und Ihren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Ihr großes Lob für unser gesamtes Team bedeutet uns viel und geben wir sehr gerne weiter.
Besonders schön ist es zu hören, dass Sie unser Haus als „Perle unter den Hotels“ bezeichnen, ein größeres Kompliment kann es kaum geben.
