We arrived at the hotel around 9 o'clock at night and there was no where to have a drink and a smoke.There was some people already sitting on an outside terrace and we wanted to sit there as well for a drink. They told us that the neighbors complain of the noise and we should move inside.First of all there were no neighbors really close by and secondly we would NOT disturb anybody having a drink and a smoke for half an hour.BUT there was a guy named Stylianos at the bar who was rude, arrogant ,impolite, disrespect, and ill-mannered person who told us with the most unrespectfull way to leave.
He even switched off the lights.
We did and after I said to him that he didn't respect us he said "what do you want, to start a fight now or make it a political issue ??"and he continued saying that he is not get paid the
to "calm down the nervous customers"!!!!!!!
Imagine that we are both of the same nationality

Very average
Rooms are weathered. Mattresses were well overdue for renewal.
AC barely worked.
Also, the hotel was 20 mins away from the airport). It has no free shuttle service. I had to take a 40 euro taxi.

Regarding the hotel shuttle - We are aware that the term “Airport Hotel” can sometimes create expectations of direct airport proximity. While we are located in the Munich Airport region, the hotel is approximately a 15-minute drive from the terminals. We try to highlight this information on our Marriott website to help guests plan their journey accordingly.
Nevertheless, we hope to welcome you back in the near or distant future for more nights in our renovated rooms.

Shuttle does not operate all day long.

Our shuttle service is available 24 hours a day; however, it does need to be booked in advance and is not continuously waiting at the airport. If you've already arrived at the airport and would prefer not to wait for the next scheduled shuttle, taking a taxi is the fastest way to reach the hotel. That's why our front desk team recommended this option.

Far away from airport and transit

We are aware that the term “Airport Hotel” can sometimes create expectations of direct airport proximity. While we are located in the Munich Airport region, the hotel is approximately a 15-minute drive from the terminals. We try to highlight this information on our Marriott website to help guests plan their journey accordingly. Moreover, we are providing an airport shuttle which runs hourly and is a 15-minutes ride to the airport. If you like to explore Munich City, it is best to stay in Munich or go there by train from Freising within 40 minutes ride.
