Great Staff and convenient location.

Great location. Great value. Outstanding customer service! I am sold on this place! The bar is open 24/7. They are staffed around the clock and have on site parking.

What to expect?

Had a two night stay at this hotel and it was a mixed bag of experiences. At the same time, there is just so much you can expect from an Ibis hotel. All in all it's a decent budget option, but leaves a lot to be desired.
Plus:
- Very good rate
- Good location, with short walk to restaurants and shops, as well as easy access with car
Neutral:
- A few of the people working there don't speak english, which lead to some misunderstandings.
- Rooms are very small, but that's to be expected from Ibis.
Negative:
- AC didn't work. It got fixed the next day, but they have some kind of policy that they'll turn it off when temperatures are below a certain level. Problem is, that the room heats up much faster then the AC is able to cool it down again when being turned back on, so this policy is just to save money.
- Leakage from sink. The bathroom is also one of those "module" ones, like those you find on cruise boats (but the size is decent).
- No room to place luggage
- Our neighbour was yelling at a child aggressively for a long period (we considered calling the police), however maids working in the hallways didn't seem to care. First when I knocked on the walls, and entered the hallway, she left with her kid. There is a thin line between protecting privacy and not caring.
- Beds were not too comfy
- No recognition of membership

Just terrible

Avoid this hotel if possible. Poor quality rooms, mediocre service, noisy in a night from the streets. And it is not cheap.
