Little gem in a beautiful area

Who comes to Sulzfeld im Grabfeld? It is an ideal location for couples or groups of friends who want to visit a beautiful area in Germany that is far too little noticed. From Sulzfeld you can go hiking, take long bike rides on well-maintained and comfortable bike paths, visit moated castles and fortresses, visit the nearby "Inner German Border" memorial, relax in the thermal baths in Bad Königshofen and enjoy Franconian cuisine (e.g. in the Gasthaus zum Hirschen opposite the "Guten Stube").
The guesthouse has 4 rooms on the first floor (2 of which are rather small), all of which are lovingly and practically furnished. The large breakfast room is a wonderful way to start the day; there is a wide selection that can be pre-ordered at your table (better than running to the buffet). This breakfast room in general: It is both a museum for kitchen utensils from ancient times and an exhibition room for many handmade little things to take away.
When the weather is nice, you can sit outside in the courtyard while the electric car is charged with home-made solar power.

Lovely place - very friendly owners & staff

This is a rather small unassuming pension along the bike trail and road through Sulzfeld . Truly a place that you would never think to stop in or stay overnight. However , that would be a shame . This is a very quaint, lovely and exceedingly friendly place to stay along the way from Wurzburg to Berlin or North . We just happened upon it toward evening while on our bicycles and were we surprised . The husband and wife owners were absolutely delightful - friendly and helpful . Good bike storage. The room was very bright , comfortable as was the bathroom . Bed was firm and comfortable. Great eclectic decor . Large number of electric receptacles . Right around the corner from two restaurants- both great . Breakfast was served in a very bright and picturesque room . The colleague serving breakfast was also very pleasant and made our breakfast quite delicious.
A wonderful experience at a very reasonable price point .

Kleines Juwel auf dem Lande

Die Pension ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer sehr gemütlich und hell.
Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und kann individuell zusammengestellt werden.
Die Gastgeberin geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein.

Gemütliche Pension,toller Service

Die Zimmer in der Pension sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Das Frühstück war köstlich und sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde gern einmal wiederkommen!

Fantastisk sted med lækker morgenmad og sød vært

Fantastisk sted. Lidt langt fra motorvejen, men bestemt et sted at køre efter. Rigtig sød vært og der er kælet for detaljerne. Lækker morgenmad, rene værelser og flexibel indtjekning.
Vi var 5 der fik mulighed for at sove på samme værelse
De bedste anbefalinger herfra.
