Interesting 4-star hotel
- in a 4-star hotel, the use of the in-house sauna and gym should be included (we had booked directly and therefore had the privilege to use these offers); but direct bookers should find Evt instead a welcome fruit basket or similar in the room, instead of punishing other guests with a usage fee! Rooms were cleaned very late (I can't imagine that the hotel was so booked up) and once that was even completely forgotten! In the hotel it has a very nice restaurant - but also here: Very unusual for a 4-star hotel, you can't have consumptions booked in the room! I'm really experiencing this for 1. Mal! In the room, the heating was also turned off on the check-in day-which we only noticed the next day after we slept in the sweater: Of course, we turned the heating up again - only for the maid to SWITCH it OFF again after cleaning!!! Very interesting savings ideas! Breakfast the real Hammer room incredibly nice and cozy-therefore 4-star; otherwise it would have been only 3

Good night.
Pleasant bed, very spacious suite, with quite well equipped kitchen and large bathroom. For my purpose, an overnight stay, a little overdone .
In the bathroom there is a bathtub, which is unfortunately only with a shower curtain. In addition, getting on and off without a non-slip surface is of course unattractive.
But as long as I still have my joints under control, I wouldn't mind another night in this hotel.
Only the prices of the breakfast I find with 17€ but a bit excessive.

Pleasant and always back, highly recommended
We stayed at the Suite Hotel at the end of May and booked the zoo package.
The stay was really great, the room very large & spacious and very quiet, the bathroom was just as spacious - a suite to feel good and stay longer.
The staff was very nice and accommodating and the tasting was also great.
The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, we had everything to start the day well.
On arrival for our little one the surprise was already in the room, which after the long car ride was of course a small compensation:)
We definitely recommend the hotel and will, if we go on holiday in Leipzig again, also very happy to ask for a room there.
