Accommodating.

The house features a reception, service, restaurant, and swimming pool, providing excellent relaxation; especially noteworthy is the breakfast buffet, thank you very much for that.

Good hotel with access to the Spreewald river.

Overall, I was satisfied. A beautiful wellness area rounds off the impression. A rich breakfast, which leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled, greeted me every morning. The balcony could have been a bit cleaner, but that is complaining at a high level. However, for solo travelers, the price level is quite high. A heavily trafficked road runs nearby the hotel, which is quite audible.

Group trip

Elegant, well-maintained hotel with its own dock, swimming pool, sauna, and balconies overlooking the water. The staff is super nice and the service is excellent. We always had a table reservation for our group of 10 during our stay. The food was delicious. We would come back at any time.

The hotel pleasantly surprised me.

I stayed there for two nights while traveling, and I didn’t expect a three-star establishment to offer such a high standard. The rooms were impeccably clean, tastefully and neatly decorated. The cleanliness was top-notch, truly exemplary.
The restaurant serves fantastic breakfasts and lunches – the food is tasty and simple, with regional dishes on the menu. A huge asset is the terrace with a beautiful view of the Spree River and the kayaks and gondolas floating by (the hotel offers kayak rentals). The hotel is located in the city center, yet the atmosphere feels like a vacation retreat.
The hotel staff also deserves special mention – the receptionists and waitresses were incredibly kind and courteous. The hotel manager was often visible as well, overseeing everything and greeting guests. Wow!
The biggest surprise for me was the wellness area – I hadn’t even noticed before that the hotel offers a fairly large pool and a spotless sauna area.
This hotel truly deserves much more than three stars.
