The essential you need for your stay.

Central location, basic comfort, good level of cleanliness.
If you're looking for a place to rest while spending few days in Mannheim and surroundings, this is great value for money.
Mr. Sedat has been super welcoming, helpful and professional, always ready to answer every question.
We will definitely come back.

Hello I can not recommend this place to anyone are now the 3 week here about the Fa. And another colleague. In the 1 week we did not come back to our rooms after a 12 hour day because we were fully booked , all available numbers called only answering machine no call back after just under 45min we reached one who said only a see the problem should try it in 10min to get to the room. No apology or sorry . Then there was a celebration in the house and our parking spaces which we have booked all occupied. So week 2 new room new happiness bath while showering lights out and plankton only 2 pears out of 5 went out the rest or plinked well then breakfast that we paid for and booked in, but bad luck was too . So 3 week again after 12.5 hours over 1 hour parking search for a celebration in the house. But we paid for it. Since we had to run just under 20 min all parking lots occupied.
Then finally in the room and what is no normal television no can not . So that's it for now you probably wonder why you don't complain nobody answers the phone or calls back. But that's the end of it. I'm certainly not going there anymore. You better look for something else.

Great spectacular

The hotel is great. The owners are lovely people. Personalized attention, all care to detail and with much pampering. The rooms are fully equipped and have spectacular views. I will repeat again without a doubt!

Within a short walk to the main Railway Station

We stayed for 3 nights in May 2014. Arriving by train it was a short walk to the hotel - no need to take a cab. Also close to Hop-on-hop off bus stop. The staff were friendly and our room and shower room were good sizes. Good breakfasts and we were supplied with bottled water. The only downside was that there is no lift and our room was up 4 flights of stairs!

Unexpected value and motorcycle friendly

This is another budget hotel which I can recommend for any traveler, especially those on two wheels. There is ample off street parking (in the open, no gate or special security) on the hotel premises. Access to reception is through the parking lot or by entering the restaurant out front. There is a lift which is a great help for those with plenty of or bulky luggage. This family run hotel is situated opposite a small park in Neckarau, a suburb of Mannheim which surprisingly has retained its village character. Other shops are close by and public transport (bus or tram) is also only metres away.
I had booked 24 hours in advance by phone and was given a room with a balcony on the second floor which faced the street (see attached photos). The room was of a good size (including bathroom). There was nothing flash about the room - just functional and clean. Despite the close proximity to the street below, I don't remember any particular noise levels affecting my sleep.
The room rate of 47.00 Euros included breakfast. This was offered in buffet style and provided a reasonable selection of the usual German fare. Asking for a coffee refill was no problem either. I have not eaten in the hotel's pub-style restaurant, however, the menu suggested mainly traditional German dishes at budget prices.
