The staff at the Cortiina Hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location with great access to transport links and a short walk to Marienplatz. We received an upgrade from our superior room to a deluxe room with a minibar with 30 Euros complimentary. The room itself was spacious with great climate control. The main issue was that the bed was too hard and uncomfortable. This is a very good hotel. However, it could be excellent. This is with some better attention to detail. For example, the shampoo and shower bottles are far away from the shower itself and you have to go to the foot of the bathtub/shower to dispense and then go two steps traversing to the shower. The room safe is too small. The kitchenette facilities were excellent. The entry door to the room was fiddly. The breakfast buffet was of good quality with a good choice.

A Wonderful Hotel!
A phenomenal experience! The staff were all so helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The hotel was beautiful, the room was awesome, and an extremely nice and varied breakfast buffet. They also have an extensive wine bar and restaurant. Overall, a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at Cortiina. You never know for sure when booking online, and this hotel ended up being perfect! The room was large and comfortable, with lots of windows that opened onto the street below (but when closed they were amazing sound proof). The bathroom was spacious and modern. From the hotel we walked everywhere in old town Munich. Most major sites and fantastic shopping were within 10 minutes or less. The staff was kind and helpful. Anyone reading this review and wondering if it’s the right pick, we say 100% yes.

The staff was excellent during a three night stay. We had more questions and needs than a normal trip and the staff was always there to help us out. They provided extras when needed (converters, waters, towels, conditioner). They always were very happy to help out. Also, the location of the property was excellent — just a block away from Marienplatz. I would highly recommend it
