Not to be trusted

Do not book this hostel, if you want to be sure about your place to stay in Munich. I booked my room eight months in advance and, having paid the full price for the reservation, I thought everything for our short stay had been planned well in advance.
A month before our stay the owner sends me a message: "your booking can not be secured, so cancel it and find another place to stay". So, I checked my booking at the booking site and everything was fine. When I responded him that there is no problem, the "not being secured" changed to a short and polite "as I said, your room is not available".
However, even this was not true as our room was available at another booking site for a price four times higher than the one we had paid.
All in all, if you want a place to stay in Munich, seek somewhere else: this place might just sell your room to another customer who books later for a higher price.

The room was dirty, the bed sheets seemed clean but I woke up the next day and my face was red like smth bit me when I have no allergies. There were no towels provided or anything else. The bathrooms and kitchen were really dirty. The only good thing was the staff that I talked on the phone with and the roomgirl that I met. I wouldn’t recommend it for a family or people that they want smth cheap and comfort.

服务：没有一点，全自助，而且要多催，很随性。
卫生：作为一家人很多的青旅，公共区域的卫生条件还不错。厨房比较乱。
设施：卧室面积还可以，晚上十点后不得发出噪音，总体而言作为睡觉地点没有一点问题。
环境：旁边就是车行，离公共交通不远。
