Come gruppo scolastico in viaggio con studenti, abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la professionalità, la gentilezza e la comprensione dimostrate da tutto il team. Il loro atteggiamento positivo ha reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole e senza stress.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. We are very pleased that you highlighted the cleanliness of our hotel and the overall atmosphere.
Regarding your comment on the air conditioning, we would like to politely point out that our hotel is fully equipped with a modern climate control system. The temperature can be adjusted individually via the control panel in your room. We regret that this was apparently not clear during your stay.
As for the location, many of our guests appreciate the quieter surroundings outside the immediate city center. However, we understand that for a short stay of 24 hours, the travel time may have felt inconvenient.
We would be delighted to welcome you back to Munich in the future and to fully convince you of our service.
