Conveniently located for the main train station and meeting for excursions. Plenty of local restaurants, also enjoyed being able to self cater. Thought we were doing something wrong when registering the key but the system was broken. Otherwise easy. Nice size room and bathroom, happy with the apartment and facilities

The best location, but nothing is perfect.

You couldn't ask for a better location. 5 mins walk to the Hbf. A U-Bahn station at the door with two lines passing through. Seconds to the city wall. The apartment was super clean and had lots of room. Stylishly appointed. No dishwasher but...I can cope. The ventilation system was pretty poor, it must be said. When I raised this with management, they did nothing, which I assume means they agree with my assessment that it's a waste of electricity
The street itself is a bit dodgy. It's not dangerous but people park their cars and hang out and play music out of their phones. The solution is to close the windows. Fine in winter, not in summer. But if you're used to big city life I doubt this will bother you. Would we stay there again? I think we would. But I'd like it if they installed new ventilation/air con.

The apartment is actually highly recommended, but the lack of temperature control ensures sleepless nights.

Good:
- Features of the apartment
- Location
- Cleanliness
- Sound insulation with closed windows
- good light protection at night through the curtains
Bad:
- The check-in terminal does not communicate why the registration does not work. No one available for support.
- Both our apartment and that of our friends stank of sewage treatment plant
- The air conditioning does not work! The thermostat suggests that you can choose the temperature, but the only thing that can be influenced is the strength of the fan. The cooling unit is shut down. Here the guest is misled. The temperature in the room was so high that you had to open the windows and now the extreme noise of the nearby main street, intensified by the canyon of houses, ensured that you still could not sleep sensibly.

Great location and love all the provided supplies. Very thoughtful and know what guest would need. I feel like I was at my own apartment.

Enjoyable stay

Structure located just outside the city walls, this makes it convenient to reach with a nice walk the historic center in a few minutes. Stayed in a nice studio apartment with a modern style, bright and well equipped. Cleanliness of the rooms and common areas great, as well as self check-in service, perfect. The only drawback, at the time of our stay, the local luggage storage at the service of the structure, had most of the lockers broken or not working, resulting all unsafe. Great solution for a few days in beautiful Nürnberg!
