Excellent hostel

Lovely hostel just a stone's throw from the center. We stayed in an apartment for 4 people: large spaces, all amenities, equipped kitchen. The hostel also has a private car park for 12 euros per day. Kitchen and common area to eat very large and clean

Beautiful and central

Wonderful! A 5 star hostel, spotless, spacious, bathroom out of the room, so as not to disturb anyone, curtains to comfortable beds and light with socket near each bed. In multiple large windows, lockers with key, mirror, coat hangers for everyone!!! The big bathroom, all the shelves in the right place to take a shower, even in the bathroom there is a shelf, the phone and many mirrors!! Hostel very central and close to the metro and the station but Nuremberg turns on foot. Friendly staff and good breakfast, perhaps to vary a little. If I knew of other hostels around the world, I would travel more often!!! I would always choose it!!! Very good

I stayed at Five Reasons Hostel & Hotel on the night of October 3, 2024, and had an excellent experience. I arrived around 1:30 PM and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, though I’ve forgotten her name. She set a great vibe for my stay, and I was able to check in earlier and even choose my own bed, which was a nice touch.
The beds have outlet chargers conveniently placed next to them, and the views from the hostel are stunning. The price is very reasonable, and I hope it stays that way as this hostel could easily get more popular. It’s perfect for anyone seeking serenity and peace, and two of the beds even come with privacy curtains.
There’s a lovely garden behind the kitchen, which is well-equipped with cutlery, a water boiler, a fridge, and a kitchenette. The hostel is easy to spot from the train station, and it offers direct transport to the airport, which is super convenient. The kitchen and living room have plenty of seating, making it feel homely.
This place is perfect for those who want a quiet, peaceful environment while still having spaces to socialize. I truly wished I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere a bit more. And there's a free tour, too! Highly recommended! (please don't increase the price! I'll comeback! 🥰)

Extortion !

Visited the city for a funeral this week, so had to book at short notice. There was a trade fair going on, so all hotels pretty well booked out. Chose this place with my son because of its proximity to the station, as we had a 06.05 train to catch on Thursday morning.
The room ( 41 ) had four single beds, one shower-room and a kitchenette, the latter not being needed. The room was basic, with cheap furniture and a utilitarian feel about it. The bathroom sink had no plug - we were told it didn’t need one - but the shower was good. Beds ok too and clean all round. Traffic noise deafening with the windows open, but sound proofing when closed was good.
With one morning’s breakfast we were charged over 800 Euros, a truly astonishing price for very basic accommodation. Breakfast was adequate in the hostel part of the “hotel”.
I notice that for next week, the prices are under 50% of the above figure, but you can still stay at The Grand nearby for less, which is something I would definitely recommend.
Left feeling as if I’d been mugged !
