Easy and good

We have been extremely satisfied guests in this cleanly run Hotel Neustadt for years. We have never been disappointed, the staff is always impeccably committed. Quiet, clean and tidy. The rooms are simply but charmingly furnished. The hotel is in a quiet but central location. If you don't have excessive expectations, this is the perfect hotel in Osnabrück!

We won't be coming back.

The room was very small. No parking available for the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom belongs renovated. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Businesses for dinner were nearby and within easy walking distance.

Never again!!

Run down, dirty, mold in the bathroom, the non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes. We will avoid this hotel in the future. At least the reception was nice.
If we hadn't been so exhausted, we would have looked for another hotel even though we had paid for the room.

We would have liked to try it, but our booking was dated incorrectly?!

After booking by phone and giving us precise details of our arrival for that day, the lady from the hotel called us in the early afternoon of the day of arrival to - so she said - clarify what time we wanted to check in the following day. She was surprised that we were already an hour away and didn't have a room for us. Was this really a date mix-up on her part or did it have something to do with the fact that we were travelling with a medium-sized dog? Who knows. In any case, it is not advisable to book by phone at this hotel, as you may then be stressed out about having to find new accommodation for the night at very short notice.

Excellent stayover

Friendly staff, very cozy and clean rooms. Surprisingly excellent breakfast and location - about 20 min walk to the city center. The hotel is next to church so you may hear the bell sound from 5:30 am. Great deal for the price!
