Cons:
- No air conditioning nor a single fan. Would be extremely hot in the summer.
- Stayed there for 3 nights, Guests from other unit were very noisy, non stop talking till 3 or 4qam. One was buzzing and banging on the door they apparent to be locked out. Since it's hot in the apartmuent,, we had to keep the windows open. My whole family couldn't sleep much during those stay. Very frustrating.
- Towels cleanliness iare questionable. Strongly recommend to bring your own towel.

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld verläuft ziemlich random. Es kommen fast ausschließlich Anweisungen auf Englisch, wie der Zugang zur Unterkunft, der Check in und out etc. ablaufen soll. Es ist niemand vor Ort. Deshalb geht alles über Codes für die Haustür und für einen Schlüsseltresor für die Zimmertür. Erschreckenderweise mussten wir keinen Code für den Schlüsseltresor eingeben, dieser war noch vom Vorgänger eingestellt und zwar auf der gleichen Nummer, wie wir sie nutzen sollten. Ergo kennt jeder, der schon mal da war, die Zugangscodes bis zum Zimmer.
Kurios ist auch, dass während der Kommunikation bzw. Flut an Anweisungen auch ein Late Check out angeboten wurde. Auf unsere Antwort, dies gerne in Anspruch zu nehmen, kam keine Antwort mehr. Stattdessen kommen einfach wieder irgendwelche Anweisungen, vereinzelt auch auf Deutsch. Angeblich sind die Gastgeber auch tagsüber bis 22 Uhr erreichbar. Ich sage mal so, als wir in der Unterkunft ankamen, haben wir direkt über Expedia reklamiert. Der Gastgeber war dann 2 Tage gar nicht erreichbar.
Wir waren auch ohne zu bleiben, wieder abgereist. Eine Stornierung oder Entgegenkommen seitens des Gastgebers fand nicht statt.

L’arrivée s’est parfaitement passé comme indiqué dans les messages de Vlad. Le seul inconvénient c’est que l’hébergement étant accessible qu’avec un code programmé pour fonctionner à un horaire précis, nous n’avons pas pu rentrer même en étant arrivé à 16:30, et après avoir reçu un message qui me disait que l’appartement était prêt (avant 17h).
L’appartement numéro 5 était spacieux et identique aux photos et description. Nous avions même une terrace avec un barbecue. Le quartier est calme et à proximité de deux supermarchés, je vous conseille celui en face du Aldi, les prix y sont plus intéressants.
Nous étions à 35min en voiture de Cologne.
Notre séjour s’est parfaitement déroulé et je conseille fortement cet hébergement très moderne (un temps de réflexion s’impose pour fermer les volets - appuyer sur le côté quand vous allumer la lumière!!).
