Charming hotel with incredible staff

This charming hotel has the most wonderful staff. They actually saved my husband's life as he collapsed from a stroke in the parking lot. They immediately called for an ambulance and helped to keep him warm and safe till it arrived. If not for their quick and compassionate action, we would have lost him that day. They were so kind to look out for us, and even helped us to find his lost phone through multiple efforts. The rooms were clean and the breakfast delightful. I highly recommend this lovely spot.

Poor check-in experience

My confirmation email indicated no check-ins after 11:30, which I found surprising and alarming. Why would there be a restriction when I can check in?
Due to the trains, I would not be getting in until after 1130, so I immediately called the hotel around 9:45 pm but received no answer.
I called the 800 number with TripAdvisor, and they called and received a small no-answer.
The rep said she kept trying and would email me to update me.
I kept calling the hotel, but I finally decided to show up and hope for the best.
Upon my arrival, there was a board for late check-in, and my name was there with instructions on how to access my room, which is what one would expect.
Oddly, it was not until 3:52pm that I received an email from TripAdvisor advising me of what I found out upon arriving at the hotel.
All this could have been averted if incorrect information had not been communicated in the first place.
By the time I received the email at 3:52, it was far too long to be of any value to me.
Attention to detail is sorely lacking.

Buon hotel

I stayed for two weeks at this hotel. I do not know if all the rooms are like the one I was assigned: large bedroom, small equipped kitchenette, dining room and bathroom with shower. I'd say sleeping is a great solution. To say that ke cleaning is not done daily. The only flaw. It is also a dated structure, renovated. Rich breakfast, typical of the place. For dinner I recommend the "Italian" restaurant bordering hotel.

Cozy but old-fashioned hotel. Needs upgrade

Positive things: parking, good WiFi, delicious breakfast, friendly staff.
Less good things (room 143): bad mattress, completely sagging, curtains that are too short, quite worn, old-fashioned interior.
Hopefully a different room next time, because the location is good

they ruined our holiday trip

They don't maintain guests room at all. I got hurt from their furniture felling off to my 4 years old son. but they blame my kids they jumped on bed and furniture. Excuse me? I don't let them jump on bed and on FURNITURE? Who let their kids to do that? At least I have never thought about it. THEY WILL NOT DO SUCH STUPID THINGS. They were excited to the hotel room so ran a little bit. and we have a toddler too so may made some noise with his stepping. I feel sorry for the neighbors if they were noisy but that's it.
However they don't listen to me at all and said they will not charge for the damage on us. LOL that's funny.
Not only they do not concern about us, but they refuse to apology with leaving such a rude note. manager didn't show up during we were there and front desk says they will let him/her to call me but they didn't.
THANK YOU FOR RUINING OUR HOLIDAY TRIP.
