A dream stay – every time again
The cleanliness throughout the house is at absolute top level. The spa area is exceptionally well maintained, beautifully designed and immediately invites you to relax. The rooms and public areas are also spotlessly clean and excellently maintained.
Another highlight is the breakfast buffet: fresh, versatile, high-quality and one of the best we have ever experienced. You can see how much emphasis is placed on quality and detail here.
We enjoy it every time – and are already looking forward to the next visit. A hotel that perfectly combines warmth, professionalism and attention to detail.

leider geben Sie uns nicht die Möglichkeit, Bezug auf einen konkreten Mangel zu nehmen.
Schade!
Unsere Zimmer sind im Winter alle überholt worden und das Personal wird in der Regel für seine tolle Gästeorientierung gelobt.
Da Sie auch keinen Namen angeben, soll dies hier wohl nur eine klassische Rufschädigung sein.

Recommended if you are good on foot !
2 km from the pier.
The room to the garden was very nice quiet and spacious. Furniture somewhat rustic and carpeting in the hotel is for us for hygienic reasons a
no go. Unfortunately, the shower lacked a handle, because the enamelled shower tray was already quite slippery.
Breakfast buffet was very good and extensive.
The restaurant is recommended with very good cuisine regional, as well as upscale.
The young , dedicated but also very competent staff is particularly commendable.
Conclusion: if you are good on foot, the hotel is recommended, with the room price already in the upper range,

Need for action
In the room there was a dog 'extra bed' (each dog owner has several in stock) and a dog cookie with advertising logo.
That's it. My repeated request to empty the excessively overcrowded container for the outside faeces bags was met on day 4 of our stay.
In the bar we asked for a new bowl (espresso size !) with nuts in the evening for our second round and were kindly advised that after the first one each additional one costs 2.50€.
What good is the most beautiful wellness area if the showers in both the sauna area and the swimming pool are not usable due to immovable fittings (unless you go to the sauna with pipe tongs) ?
Last but not least, since I am abroad at least once a year, the daily cleaning of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. This must definitely be done differently, but at least on a professional basis.
On the 8th day we still had crumbs from days before on the floor, used glasses stopped and the supply of bathroom utensils was poor.
The breakfast was good, you could change the offer of sausage and cheese quite occasionally.
The genuinely special friendliness of the staff must also be mentioned here, because it rips a lot out of our assessment.
