Great hotel

Great place.All super friendly and helpful.Rooms were OK and clean.Food very good.We will be back.

No dinner possible from 6 pm.

We wanted to spend a nice evening in the hotel restaurant. The chef let us know that he wants to call it a day at 6 pm because he has been in the kitchen since 10 am. At 8 p.m., however, we should have left the restaurant. Apparently, you don't need cash-happy customers here.
The lady on the phone was also rather not so friendly and was difficult to understand linguistically.

ganz lieben Dank für Ihren Besuch in unserem Panoramarestaurant. Leider aber ist dieser mit einem mehr als überraschenden Verlauf erfolgt. Ihre Schilderungen sind in keiner Weise ein treffendes Beispiel für unseren Umgang mit Gästen. Very good lake hotel.

The Seehotel is a family-friendly hotel. We liked it there very much and it is recommended. Yoki was great, our grandchild was so thrilled. The seahorse course was very good. I thank swimming instructor Daniel from the bottom of my heart. He saved our grandchild when she was looking under. Daniel jumped in the pool. Thank you, thank you.

Room unfortunately 1/10....

Some plus points, especially for children, e.g. cinema, go-kart rental, lots of playgrounds, indoor playground, swimming pool, etc. The surroundings are really nice! Service is great, all employees were always open, communicative and super nice!
But unfortunately we noticed some negative aspects...
- Breakfast buffet - unfortunately the quality was really not good, selection very limited, everything was "packaged", hardly any fresh food, almost no fruit.
- everything was very crowded, very loud, too many people in a small space for our taste.
The biggest minus: the "family room", which does not deserve this title AT ALL. There are two completely outdated, shabby mini-rooms, which are connected by a heavy, double metal door. This is not a family room and we found it really outrageous for the price per night... Unfortunately the room was also dirty, the carpet strips were coming off everywhere, hair on the floor, spartan and old furnishings, moldy joints in the bathroom and an unpleasant smell. In addition, you could hardly turn around in the "bathroom", it was so small...
