First class

Restaurant visits were always excellent. Regional first-class dishes, friendly service and fair prices.
Overnight stay: small cozy rooms, very clean and delicious breakfast. And finally good coffee!

Absolutely not recommended

After we have tried several times to order a table - mind you called at 5 / 6 pm and took a very long time to get anyone on the phone at all, we were told every time that nothing was possible and the reservation is not wanted. Then we wanted to have dinner at 6.45 pm and were sent straight home although many places have been available, on the grounds the kitchen is no longer in the mood and is now cleaning up - top performance I would argue and we have been regular customers!

Not clean, very little water from Shower, service could be improved

We were there at New year eve. When arrived, the staffs were not so friendly. Back side of toilette seat had visible dirt. At night, no warm water for a shower. In the morning, water from shower was just extremely little, so still no chance to take a shower before we left.

We stayed overnight as we were visiting relatives in nearby Chemnitz. The Hotel is nice and the rooms were clean. The provided breakfast was very good. There were no elevators so we had to carry our luggage 2 flights of stairs. We did not see handicap friendly accommodations. There was no full bed but 2 twin beds in our room, so it would not be a great choice for a honeymoon. The beds were comfortable. If you are in the area this is a reasonable hotel at a reasonable price.
