Lovely hotel in every detail!
Breakfast with a variety of breads, cereals, eggs, bacon and embedded, coffee, juice and etc. The interior areas of the hotel are very cozy and rich in detail as well as the external area very well preserved and preserved with a very beautiful garden.
The management and always very attentive and caring staff make the Hotel Limmerhof a great place to stay in Munich.

Unfortunately, not a second time...
But first, the positive things: Check-in at any time works smoothly and the parking situation is more than sufficient.
Unfortunately, that was all there is to mention in terms of positive things. Besides total lack of hygiene in the room area and bathroom (see photos), the staff is unfriendly to employees who do not speak German very well. I really do not have high expectations on business trips, but friendly interaction (also with the staff) and basic hygiene are a prerequisite. The carpet was dirty, there was a dead fly on the table (for several days), and there was hair in the bathroom from more than one guest before me.
The highlight was an unwanted visit from an employee to my room at 11:00 PM. My room was locked, but the employee gained access with a key.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone with the current management; especially as a woman, I could not spend a peaceful night in this hotel.

Never again!
The shower curtain downstairs totally dirty, the toilet brush (excuse me!), you don't want to take it in your hand, the shower fitting worn off and the shower head calcified. When the curtains were last cleaned, hard to say.
Friday afternoon at 4:30 p.m., a craftsman with a circular saw and hammers began, although we had asked for a quiet room in advance. We wanted to call reception, the phone was unplugged and not working.
The reception did not even apologize and after a short break told us that this would now still go until 7 pm.
The only friendly staff, were two Asian ladies who looked after us at breakfast.
Never again!!
