Apartment complex directly at the marina

Good parking in the underground garage.
The reception is friendly.
We booked an apartment for 2 people.
The apartment with balcony was spacious and very clean.
The kitchen has a dishwasher.2 tabs for it and a kitchen dish towel was also provided.
We booked a breakfast in the restaurant, but there is also the possibility to order a bread bag for the apartment.
The complex includes a small wellness area:
60 degrees and 90 degrees sauna,a heated outdoor swimming pool.

Mixed impressions

We were guests at the MareMüritz for the first time last week. We were welcomed in a friendly manner, provided with the basic information, and were able to move directly into our apartment. The underground parking garage and the direct access to the apartment were very practical. Our apartment was very well furnished, modern, new, and well-maintained. However, in our case, it was located directly on the street and therefore loud, loud, loud. Sleep was actually not very restful; from 5:00 a.m. on, we were practically on a highway.
Anyone looking for peace and quiet should pay attention to the location of the room when booking.
The spa / outdoor pool area is very pretty; modern loungers and armchairs invite you to linger. The noise level here is also enormous; it is not really a spa - just a pool and plenty of bathing fun for children. The relaxation room after the sauna also felt more like a passageway to the outdoor pool.
We would have liked to use the AquaGym offer. However, since this only takes place at 9:30 AM, participation ruled out breakfast in terms of timing - so unfortunately, no.
Likewise, an early swim in the pool before breakfast is rather difficult due to the "opening hours" starting at 8:30 AM. Why? Because then a large portion of the families also use the pool to cool off and play.
When I asked at the reception about an earlier pool opening, I unfortunately only received the harsh answer that nobody would work that early.
Additionally, we had booked a massage; this took place in the apartment, as the necessary space was lacking in the spa area. Rather unusual, but ultimately the massage itself was great.
The associated restaurant left a very, very pleasant impression on us: very friendly and attentive staff, high-quality à la carte food, and a very solid breakfast buffet.
In addition, we would definitely like to recommend the restaurant "Moritz," about 20 minutes away! Great location in the forest, very friendly staff, outstanding food.
Great memories remain, along with mixed experiences at the MareMüritz.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was so nice, lovely pool and very good service from the receptionist staff. The view and the location just by the lake was also top notch! We would love to come back another time.

Disappointing

Although wellness is included, each towel and bathrobe must be paid extra. Also the underground parking space costs extra for lack of alternatives. The pull-out bed in the 2. Sleeping space is an imposition for an adult (uneven lying surface and squeaks). Nobody took care of a faulty heater for two days. The booking confirmation that you get by email cannot be opened, so you cannot see what you have booked. Differences in payment are pre-programmed.

Chic apartments, see map.

The apartments are very chic and quality equipped. We had booked a Fortuna with Müritzblick. We were assigned an apartment in houses D. These apartments are located behind blocks B and therefore have very limited Müritz views. After quite a discussion with the reception we were relocated to house A1. Perfect Müritz view, very nice apartment.
The spa area is small but nice. At breakfast everything is available what you need.
All in all a good experience if you end up in the right apartment.
