Comfortable, new right in the centre of Wehrheim
comfortable rooms, new or newly refurbished. Centre of Wehrheim village, about 30min drive from Frankfurt when roads are clear.
Just that in the modern shower there is nowhere to place the little shampoo/showergel bottles that are made available to guests
Although for breakfast a large variety is offered, the quality just acceptable no more.

Quiet and convenient
We do travel a little by car in Germany, and this time Frankfurt was our target. Years of experience have taught us that the best combination of service, quality and price is very often found in smaller - mostly family-owned - village hotels. That's why we picked Limes Hotel, and we were very happy with our choice.
It is not big, and it his not glamorous. But the rooms are nice and well equipped, everything is clean and orderly, and the service is impeccable. Add to this very good food and a superb breakfast, as well as free wi-fi and free parking, and the conclusion must be good value for money.
Best of all: The breakfast. The only little drawback: A somewhat confusing layout - a little bit here, a little bit there. But once we got used to it, this was no problem either.

No frills but comfortable
Check -in as at the cafe and I would recommend settling your bill in the evening as breakfast time is very busy.
Rooms are clean and large with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is very clean and more than adequately equipped.
Our room (202) had a small cooking area but no coffe/tea making facilities. We missed a fridge or minibar.
My wife and I have been using hotels for over 50 years and we both commented that we have never had a more comfortable or quiet night of sleep. Even though there were guests attending a rock music festival in the neighbourhood we were not disturbed.
The rating of very good takes into consideration that this is only a 3* Hotel.
Highly recommended for comfort without frills at a very reasonable price.

Excellent Hotel
As other reviews will outline, this hotel has no reception nor any other really "common" areas/facilities. You "check-in" and receive your keys from the Cafe next door. However, do not let this put you off. The rooms are excellent and extremely clean, with a large bathroom and all the standard amenities that one would expect. The larger than double bed was also very comfortable. The sound-proof windows ensure that you hear no road noise.
The breakfast, for the price, is simply outstanding. You have freedom to order whatever you desire from the menu along with (more than one) tea/coffee/juice. The gentleman serving us was excellent and seamlessly accommodated my mother who has lactose/gluten intolerance. Our breakfast party was a mix of German/English and he excellently switched between both languages. If you are looking for a no-nonsense place to sleep in the center of Wehrheim with an excellent breakfast then Limes Hotel is ideal.
The only negatives are the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the fact that the price per night is slightly steep (€99).

Best hotel!!!
I booked this hotel because of the high reputation and also it was at the best location to visit Hessenpark and Lochmühle.
We booked two rooms. They were both big, new and comfortable. There are only positive things to mention about. The room we had were at the side of the market place where we we could park our car. Yes, they should add the information about the parking place on their nice homepage. The rooms had shutters to pull down and we could sleep very well at night.
The idea of the free breakfast at the cafe Klatsch was also excellent. It seems you can preorder your breakfast to save time when you have no time to wait in the morning.
On the top of that, the hotel is just opposite from Rewe. The excellent restaurant Löwenherz is just 3 minutes walk from there. If I am visiting the are again, I will stay at this hotel definitely.
