Super lovely!

My family of four stayed there last summer as a one night stop over... I regreted my decision as we should stay there for a longer time!
We stayed in a split-level room...one bedroom, a hugh bathroom, living room, sitting room with a sofa bed. The kichen was well equipped(An oven available). Everything was clqen and new.
We arrived late and leave early so that we didn't had chance to talk to the owner but I believe they were nice ... A man whom I though was the owner waved goodbye to us...HaHa.
Highly recommende!!!!!

Good room but absolutely no communication after stay

We stayed at this hotel from December 22 to 25.
The room itself was fine, there were only minor flaws but nothing critical.
The big problem, however, is the work of the administration and the lack of communication.
My wife left a small bag of medication (a kind of mini travel pharmacy) in the room after departure. Shortly after, she contacted the hotel and was confirmed that the bag had been found.
We have requested that the bag be sent to us by post. We were even willing to cover the shipping costs by cash on delivery. More than six weeks have passed since then.
During this time we have tried to contact the hotel several times: by email, WhatsApp, by phone and also via Booking.com. There was no reaction whatsoever.
This is not about the condition of the room, but about the absolutely unacceptable handling of guests after the stay.
Communication and reliability are essential in the hotel industry – and that is exactly what is missing here.
Very disappointing and not professional.

The beds are rather uncomfortable. Cheap, soft mattresses and lumpy pillows. The rest of the room is spacious and clean. We had a basement room which was bright but the only view we had was of the bush outside the door. Breakfast is kept very simple, so nothing unusual, not even scrambled eggs or more choice than orange juice. In addition, it is also clairvoyant, you notice very clearly when the neighbors watch Tv or use the toilet.

Simply awful

A run-down accommodation, the pillows just a lump, mattress with stains, doors jammed, bed linen stinks, the whole room too, cleanliness leaves something to be desired, so I wonder how you can offer something like that for the price, just shaking your head and the owner doesn't go at all with her statements

Totaal geen respect voor klanten!!!

Wij hadden normaal dit weekend een bevestigde reservatie via Booking.com. Via mail en chat Booking.com contact gehad met dit hotel. Alles bleek in orde tot donderdagmorgen.
Tot onze grote verbazing kregen we een mail dat onze boeking geannuleerd is omdat wij niet antwoorden op de mails en telefoons... we hadden 1 gemiste oproep en een ingesproken bericht waar we niets van begrepen. Op alle mails hebben we geantwoord. Omdat we geen Duits spreken hebben we iemand laten bellen van het hotel waar we in Berlijn verbleven.
Een heel onvriendelijke man bevestigde dat we geen reservering meer hadden....
Na wat chats met Booking.com en het hotel pas vrijdagmiddag de bevestiging gekregen dat onze reservatie geannuleerd is door een dubbele boeking...
Geen idee waarom wij zo behandeld worden door deze mensen. Dienstbaarheid is iets wat ze blijkbaar niet kennen...
