Great Stay
Great Stay at R Hotel Kingston!
We had a wonderful stay at R Hotel Kingston. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We especially appreciated their honesty and professionalism when my mom accidentally left her bag by the elevator. The staff found it and returned it to us with everything still inside! That meant so much to us and truly speaks to the integrity of the team.
Thank you, R Hotel Kingston, for the great hospitality. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Top-tier Experience!!!!
10/10 experience staying here again. This is my go-to hotel in Kingston. The staff is exceptional especially Vennice at the front desk and Nakia from the breakfast team. These ladies are always warm and welcoming. Vennice made my stay so much better. After dealing with delayed flight, she ensure my check in was smooth and hassle-free. She really went above and beyond and this level of customer service is always very much appreciated and makes your trip even more memorable. Nakia is so welcoming, and always ensure breakfast experience is wonderful. She’s very polite and professionally and made me feel like I was at home. My stay was truly amazing. The rooms are very nice and cozy. Breakfast is great - with lots of options. I tried lunch for the first time and that was great too. Glenville and Anthony from the bar crew are also very nice as well as the restaurant manager.

Really lovely stay
I must say this is my second time staying at the RHotel and I enjoyed every moment there. From the lovely roof top bar and restaurant to the most lovely and friendly staff. Nakia was one of the staff in the restaurant who delivered a first class service and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable with her warm smile and lovely manners. I just can't remember all the other staff names but they were great. The scenery up on the roof top is to die for especially at night you see the hills and New Kingston lit up. We will definitely visit again.

Best Hotel in Kingston
I’ve been staying here for a month and trust me the service here has been exceptional. I’d highly recommend anyone in Kingston to stay here.
Special big up to Shaan and her team Zenique, Vennice, both Moniques and Shawnette. They really treated us well during our stay. Also Karen from the restaurant was exceptional.

Fabulous i Love it
I love this place, the first thing i notice was that it's smells so good so fresh and clean, the ladies at the front dest, pure professional, the event planner wow, the room is clean and nice love it, it's all good, wait wait the breakfast ooh my god was gooooood no regular breakfast good good food yes. 5 star the best so for.
