This was an excellent place to stay and you can get multiple rooms right next to each other! Very convenient location, super cute place, right on the beach, and felt very safe with lifeguard and security!

Pros: on the beach, walkable to Negril locations, clean and abundant toiletries, receptive and helpful staff. No pests or roaches. Comes with a kitchenette.
Cons: beds super uncomfortable, there were loud neighbors fighting and stomping every single night that prevented us from being able to sleep, and security did nothing about it. The rooms have super thin walls and there’s not a sound barrier. The bar and restaurant appear in the listed amenities, but there was no bar or restaurant. The grounds and plants also need some upkeep.
We wouldn’t stay here again.

We once again enjoyed our stay with Sand and Blue Seas! Anne Marie is exceptional to deal with...she is so sweet and accommodating and always checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed to guarantee a comfortable stay ... very friendly staff...we look forward to our return next year

Located about 50 yards from the ocean, the beach area has plenty of room. The grounds are maintained daily and look great, beautiful scenery. People working there are friendly and helpful, and the pool is great also.
The area is overall quiet, safe, and plenty of food, drink, music within walking distance on the beach or the road.
It’s a great place to relax or explore the beach and all it offers.
I’ll be back 🇯🇲

Excellent staff and accommodations. Everything was great. Only slight hiccup was looking for the name and not finding the hotel. We happened to ask the right place, where it was, and lucked out that we were at the right place.
Thank you for the amazing stay. We shall return and will definitely recommend!
