It's a tropical feeling.

The facilities were relatively small and convenient for everything from going out for a meal to getting a car out.
The room was cleaned clean.
It is October and it is relatively free, so the baths are also free and I was able to use them comfortably.
I wonder if this is too small for summer vacation or something? But I thought …
It's a big public bath, isn't it?
Dinner was very good.
Breakfast is a buffet, but it was a bit disappointing, but I think it's totally fine considering the price.
The employees were all good people.
It was Hatsuamami, but I was surprised by the mountains more than I imagined, but only the hotel could feel tropical.
It was good to be close to the airport.
There are also convenience store-like items nearby, so I think you won't have trouble.
The souvenir shop in the hotel is not expensive, so I could buy it with peace of mind.

Chicken rice is the best

I was determined to eat chicken rice on my trip to Amami. There are many famous restaurants, but I chose Bashayama Village, where Ryohei Suzuki had eaten.
I was able to have more rice, and as expected, the authentic taste was the best!

Convenient hotel near the airport

I booked a plan with breakfast included in a twin room with no designated room assignment, and stayed two nights in the East Wing.
The door was poorly constructed, and even though it had an auto-lock, it couldn't be locked from inside the room, so I felt uneasy at night.
I was concerned about the oldness and smell of the room, but it was cleaned, so I would recommend this hotel to those who don't mind that.
It was close to the airport and there was a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient.
Breakfast was buffet style. The bread (apparently from a well-reviewed shop nearby) was delicious. I also liked the homemade Caspian Sea yogurt.

Very comfortable room, though it needed airing out when we got there

I opted for an ocean view, and there was a great view with a small balcony and two comfortable beds. It was spacious and looked like it had recently been completely renovated. It did have an odor problem which required the considerable airing out the room once we got there, but it was almost unnoticeable thereafter. The resort has been around for awhile which I actually like, but if you're looking for something constructed in the last few years, that is not this resort. Having said that, renovations are actively going on and the restaurant was really pleasant with delicious food.

Great beach location, good staff and restaurant, some english spoken.

We arrived here at the end of a huge typhoon so things were not normal, lots of work on the building and beach buildings, no electricity etc but no fault of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Mainly western type facilities but no hot water in the rooms, the guests used the public onsen to bathe. Good restaurant and the breakfast had some western elements provided. Very atmospheric resort , sort of Pacific island style. We stayed in the older block but there is a new block next door. The beach is wonderful with a full watersport shop on site. We thought some upgrading of the rooms were required. We loved Amami Oshima
