Rooms are very small so be prepared for that. They have a car park carousel so be prepared for that and get all the stuff you need out of your car before having parking guy set it in.

A lot to be desired
However, the room was stuffy and hot. The air conditioning cannot be controlled in each individual room but is centrally controlled, something that is still not uncommon in Japan. What's not common is that by May the temperature is either lowered or the ability to adjust the temperature is switched to individual room controlled vs central controlled. A staff member came to the room to check the thermostat and seemed unaware that the temperature was centrally controlled. The best the could do was offer an electric fan or to open the window about a half-inch, or about 1.5 cm. Not helpful at all, especially since our room faced the sun. They were also starting renovations and construction the second day of our stay (we stayed three nights) but didn't inform us of this before we booked. Needless to say, we wouldn't have booked had we known beforehand. The room was also dimly lit. If you need to get any work done, that can be a problem. The bathroom was especially dark.
If you can accept these issues, the property can work for you.

Room was much smaller then the pictures made it appear
And the hot spring dosnt allow people with tattoos! I know this about some Onsen
But didn’t expect it in the city at a spa

I think each room is a hotel product...
I booked through this official hotel website.
I don't buy from cheap travel websites.
It meant that the floor by the window would get wet for check-in.
There was a towel on the floor to suck the water out...
Even if the room is small, is it enough to let them stay?
There was a brief explanation and I was sent straight to this incomplete room.
There is no fee-based service or treatment at all.
I was disappointed with the incomplete room offer
For the 2025 season, there was still a mix of dirty towels with red mold in the bathroom and other areas.
They offered to provide overnight service, but I declined.
I told you that it would be sufficient to prevent this from happening in the future...
I was rooting for this hotel and I'm sorry.
I think we all have different sensibilities.
I can't recommend it if I'm forced to face reality so far.
