The water felt good

It is an ocean view hotel near Beppu Tower at Beppu Onsen
I arrived a little early, and left my luggage in the room at 3pm, took a walk around the area, and stopped by the front desk before 3pm to find it had already been brought to my room. Unfortunately, there was no open-air bath in the public bath, but it seems that you can use the open-air bath of a sister house nearby. We had originally planned to go, but it was too hot and we were too tired to leave the hotel. There is also a private bath on the top floor, so the view may not be too different from its sister open-air bath. I think the private bath is relatively reasonable price at 1000 yen. It is nice to be able to enjoy the hot springs in a room with a hot spring bath at your favorite time. The Beppu Hell panel on the wall of the bath was a bit funny, but that was OK. I was a little careful because the bottom is a promenade, but it felt smooth because it is a hot spring. The meal was a kaiseki meal, but we had meat and pufferfish, which was reasonably good. The staff were friendly and kind, and there were no uncomfortable scenes.

Good. Good.

The exterior (the color of the walls) was renovated and it was a good room when I thought, hmm! The room is clean with a new water dispenser and facilities. This time, the view is perfect on Beppu Bay side with open-air bath. The quality of the springs is Beppu Onsen with eight hot springs in Beppu, and the water without any peculiarities. The public bath is on the 6th floor with only the inner bath, and the open-air bath on the roof is by reservation for a fee. It's a bit disappointing for people who like open-air baths.
Dinner is kaiseki cuisine and tastes good, fish only in Oita, shiitake mushrooms are excellent
The venue and the staff in the private room are high quality
Breakfast was also kaiseki and the staff was friendly and relieved from the morning.
The quality of the guests was good and it was a very good trip.

Stayed 2 nights & had breakfast & dinner both nights. The menu were different & all were wonderful!

Great hotel and excellent service
We booked half board and food is delicious
It rain on checking out date and I gave us free transfer to station
For sure , we will back again

Exceptional service from beginning to end, very graciously catered for some last minute changes, the staff are very warm and welcoming. The room was traditional Japanese style with balcony, spacious with an exceptional view of Beppu Bay. The package included a wonderful dinner and breakfast at the hotel dining rooms. There is an onsite public bath and private bath rooms can be reserved too.
Located near Kitahama for easy access to transit options, a perfect place for your stay in Beppu.
