This place is awesome! It was clean and well maintained! Everyone was kind and helpful! They have onsite laundry and it was reasonably priced. There is a full amenities bar with everything from coffee to toothbrushes to razors.
Breakfast is extra but it was good and they still served it during the typhoon. They had a couple of American items but there was local food too. I tried a few things I probably would not have ordered on my own. They also have an espresso machine.
Just one more additional thing the shampoo and conditioner is sooo good. Definitely going to have to find it for myself.

Good location and the ocean is right there with beautiful view. The beach is very near...2 minutes walk.

Clean, friendly and great location (short walking distance from American Village!) This no frills hotel is perfect for the traveler who needs the basic amenities. Shower and bath combo was perfect, loved the water pressure. Bed was comfy but a little hard for my liking. No closets to hang your clothes or an iron to unwrinkled my linen outfits. Private balcony, was a nice touch if you enjoy people watching. There a small restaurant on the first floor for a quick breakfast meal, however a Lawson's convenient store near by for quick snacks and beverages. Again, great price for what you get.

Cococious Monpa hotel is clean, and safe. There’s a lot of restaurants near it, walking distance to the American Village where you’ll find shops and restaurants. Also close to the water where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. The hotel also has good breakfast food, and very affordable. I will use this hotel again next time I come back to Okinawa.

No housekeeping. AC not working either. Everytime I needed something I was informed it would cost extra so I just stopped asking. Towels had to be physically exchanged at reception. Very bizarre. Would not recommend.
