I booked it on my phone the other day… Last minute special price for Golden Week, and went to stay.|The question on the reservation screen...is it a birthday or a special stay? I wrote that it was just before our wedding anniversary because there was one … disappointing.
On the reservation screen, special occasions? Yes.
And so, I wrote down just before the wedding anniversary … and yet … in spite of that … I wrote in the room … Congratulations on the wedding anniversary … the date of the stay!
At least say "Congratulations" at check-in and have them....

The employees are lovely.
The employees approached me and helped me a lot, especially the "Ta●ma" who helped me at dinner, who was very observant, and I was able to make this a pleasant and wonderful family trip for four generations.
