Quick one night stay. Room a bit dark from the decorations choices but spacious, great shower/bathroom. Really close to train station.

Horrible

Very disappointing room, far below what you would expect from a hotel. The atmosphere is gloomy, closer to a basement than a proper hotel room — I have also provided photos to support my comments.
There is a strong, foul smell of dampness throughout the room, making the stay quite unpleasant. As for the window, it’s better not to open it: the view is extremely oppressive due to how close it is to other buildings, which were extremely dirty and gloomy.
I also don’t understand the point of providing a washing machine for travelers if it doesn’t even dry the clothes. For information, there is only one washer-dryer in the entire hotel. As a result, we had to walk more than 15 minutes to find a laundromat.
In all my travels, this is the first time I’ve come across a room that is so ugly and oppressive.
On top of that, we were given a room designed for people with disabilities, and even the mirrors were not usable for us.
In the hallways, staff leave dirty laundry piled up near the doors, which adds to the unpleasant atmosphere.
However, they are very good at presenting the hotel on Booking.com: photos are taken with the windows closed and enhanced with bright lighting. The reality is completely different. And when you raise the issue, they smile and tell you that if you want another room, you’ll have to pay a supplement of twenty-three thousand yen — and when you say you’re not satisfied, the only response you get is: “you pay a supplement, and that’s it.”
In summary, a very disappointing experience that I do not recommend.

Great

Great hotel, amazing room with a washing machine and kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge lovely big bath tub and two double beds. A balcony to sit and enjoy the atmosphere or roof top terrace.

Very convenient location just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around so easy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A great choice for exploring the area.

Bit small but that’s Japan. Otherwise excellent. Close to station and beautiful bathroom.
