"Taste" good, "people" good, "hot spring" good ❗️

The simmered golden-eyed sea bream was excellent, as the name of the facility simply includes the word “gold-eyed sea bream”.
I think the ingredients themselves are good, but the way they were cooked was so precise that the meat was clean and away from the bones, making it easy to eat. It wasn't unsavory to season, and it wasn't unsatisfactory, it was a dish that deserved to be the star of the meal.
The rest of the dishes also cooked the local food well, and I am glad that the order in which they were served was devised.
The amount and content of breakfast was also satisfactory.
The staff and everyone had a good time with very pleasant service.
With her very cheerful smile, it was very pleasant to be able to serve customers who responded firmly to what they wanted, not excessively or simply plainly.
That was evident in the facilities.
I think the private open-air bath is a popular facility. It's nice to know that this is in use or not almost from the room.
Also, the one-point sightseeing note hanging by the front desk that appears to have been made by the landlady is now available to take home, and it was a great idea and very useful.
From the open-air bath, I could see the sea while soaking in the water, which was the best luxury.
There was also a footbath, and while I was sitting here enjoying the footbath and looking out at the sea, I started sweating on my forehead and had a good time before meals. I personally like this quite a bit, so I don’t want it to be too popular
There is no denying the age of the facilities and the small size of the rooms, but there were no problems with amenities such as toothbrushes, and unexpected settings such as aromas and air purifiers.
Incidentally, it is unnecessary that the exterior is pension-style, but the contents are hot springs, and it is a ryokan of Japanese cuisine itself.
It was a wonderful inn, impressive in its ingenuity in various parts.
There is about 100m from the main street of the fishing port to the inn, but it is quite a steep ascent. Be careful just in case.

A cooking inn famous for boiling golden-eyed sea bream!

Ito, who was finally able to come, is the Kinmedai Inn Kokorone in Usami! It's on a hill further down the road from Usami's fishing port, and the first thing that surprised me was the view from my room! The view of Ito City across the sea is truly breathtaking. There are two types of baths, an indoor bath (2) and an outdoor bath (1), but the view from the open-air bath is also spectacular and relieves fatigue.
If you are taking a bath or something, it is dinner time from 18:00. The course is mainly served with simmered goldfish in a room with the sea and Ito night view in the background, and the appetizers (raw yuba / 蟒軒軒田楽 / salted bonito) that are the main seasonal vegetable picture dishes are deliciously served with beer, while the 8 items of sprouts and luxurious serving are also fresh and delicious. And the golden-grained stewed fish was a good balance of sweetness and saltiness, which made it crispy and clean to eat, making it an appliment to the rumored Cat Crossing Championship. Other chawanmushi (local chicken & mushroom ankake) and grilled fish (saury) also taste gentle, and shime rice is also seasoned with dried mackerel cooked rice!! I was very satisfied with the food that sake (Kaiyun / Isobo / Hatsukame) also advanced.
Breakfast was a body-friendly dish made with local ingredients, and we had tamagoyaki / dried mackerel (dried mackerel milin / dried small mackerel / pickled mackerel in herbs) / ganmodoki plus vegetable-rich miso soup with white rice (Tsuyahime) and sunrise in the room.
It's really never been more satisfying!! We'll have to go back and see what happens again in the new season!

露天風呂からの景色や温泉で、たっぷりと癒やされて頂けたようで嬉しく思います。
ご期待だったお食事ですが、とてもご満足いただけましたようでホッとしております。金目鯛の煮付けも味付けや火加減でかなり雰囲気が変わりますので、こころね流の金目鯛も気に入って頂けて嬉しく思います。
日本酒のメニューは時々代わりますが、静岡地酒も美味しいお酒が多いいので、また良いものがあれば仕入れていこうと思います。
栄養士でもある女将が考案した朝ご飯もお喜び頂けたようですね。
このご縁がどこまでも続きますよう。またのお越しを心よりお待ちしております。

もう一度行きたいところ

露天風呂も食事も良くて大満足でした。
お盆休みを利用して行こうと思ったのが遅くてどこもいっぱいで探し　楽天トラベルで決めました。５０代の私たち夫婦は量が食べられないのでボリュームダウンのプランを選び充分堪能できました。金目鯛美味しかったかです。
部屋数がそれほど多くないのでのんびりできました。
海には入らないので次回は冬でもいいかな。

特大金目鯛と居心地の良い接客が最高！

お人柄あふれる心地よい接客と特大金目鯛を中心とした海の幸に絶景露天風呂！居心地のよさ満点です！
念願かなってやっと泊まりにいけました。スタッフのみなさんのつかず離れずの接客がすばらしい！
特大金目鯛はいい意味でさっぱりしていていくらでも食べられます！指南書にあわせて食べたら最後は骨だけになるまで楽しめました。（カマが見た目とは違って絶品でびっくり！）
その他にもお刺身（8品！）や、頭まで食べられるカサゴのから揚げ、そして鯵の干物の釜飯など、全部おいしかったです！（最後はお腹パンパンでしたが、釜飯はおにぎりにしてくれたり、デザートは冷蔵庫に入れておいてくれたりいたれりつくせり）
お部屋には小さなロフトがあって7歳の息子が秘密基地代わりによく登っていました（笑）ロフトにはカードゲームなどがあり、家族団らんの時間を過ごすことができました。
貸切のお風呂は3種類あって、満室でも必ずどれかが空いていましたし、夜景を見ながら入る露天風呂は最高でした。居心地のよさにすっかりファンになりました！

小学生のお子様を連れてのご宿泊となりましたが、お子様には秘密基地代わりのロフトが気に入って頂けましたね(^^)
お食事もご満足いただけましたね♪貸切風呂も気に入って頂けたようで嬉しく思います。
特に露天風呂は家族3人で入ればお子さんの良い思い出になることと思います。流れ星探しがおすすめですよ＾＾
今回は春先でのご宿泊でしたが、季節が変わればまた違った雰囲気を味わえる当館です。
