This was a fantastic property. Remote and dreamy with great service and a driver to get your where you need to go. The villas are well appointed and very cozy.

This was an extremely disappointing and concerning experience.
I clearly booked for 2 adults and 1 child, and the reservation was fully prepaid. However, upon check-in, I was told the child was not included and had to pay an additional over JPY 50,000, which was never clearly disclosed during booking.
On top of that, a JPY 50,000 security deposit was charged and I was told it would be refunded on the day of check-out. It has now been over two weeks, and the refund is still missing.
I have contacted the property multiple times with no response at all.
The entire experience feels highly misleading and raises serious concerns about their billing practices. I strongly urge future guests to be extremely cautious
