The variety of onsen bath is incredible, especially the open air onsen with the city view.
I choose the city view room for my stay. the room is a bit small but enough as a solo traveller.
The is switching between male and female bath, it is a plus.
the dinner buffet was as good as the one i tried in beppu under the same hotel.

Service and facility levels not commensurate with price

I don't think 67,000 yen per night (for a family of four) is worth it.
The staff are working hard with a shortage of staff. (I was impressed with the speed of the front desk staff, but I still waited in line for 15 minutes as it was a 3pm check-in)
But I want to get a decent level of service for more than 50,000 yen a night.
・I want people to leave plastic bottles of water in their rooms. There's a vending machine in the hallway.
· Bowling alley can be equipped with rooms but drinks are cash. So I was thirsty and played two games with my son. I want it to come with a room and be available from a vending machine.
· Poor flow to the room.
Being in my room made me feel like I was losing money, so I took my family for a walk around the area. The environment in the insectarium and the surrounding area was very good. The view from the hotel entrance is also superb. (The view of the room is a parking lot)
The museum will be closed at the end of March 2013 and construction will begin, so after that the problem of the box may be resolved.
The issue of price is a management issue, so check the management body. Oedo Onsen and Yukai Resort were based on the U.S. investment fund Lone Star. Tourism may be difficult for cash-flow-oriented investment funds.

infinity pools need to be accessible til midnight at least

Closing the nicest pools on the roof to clean them just as most people get back from dinner out is truly disappointing. I went there solely for this view and those pools, and we missed it by 5 minutes. The other is so different - you really should clean it later so the women who came to spend in Minoo can use it - thanks

The impression is that the facility is too dilapidated to keep up

It's not too bad because you need 10,000 yen per person per night and accommodation tax and hot water tax and parking fee
I'm going to put anything on your mind.
Official check-in starts at 13:00, but temporary check-in can be done at the ancillary facilities from 10:00
He's flexible on that point.
But you're not allowed in until 15:00.
There's a lot of regret on the ancillary side.
I have lunch, so I order on the terminal, but I can't choose the recommended item on the wall
I asked the clerk and he said there was an item at the top.
But it's black and I can't choose.
As soon as they found out, they took off the notice hanging on that wall.
He took it, too, as if to rip it off.
It was too interesting.
And then I went around the facility.
I could have found something a lot more amazing.
What a big hole in the ceiling of the table tennis stadium.
Even if it's been young and open since yesterday, seal it.
Pull yourself together.
After checking in, I went to the observation bath on the roof.
Another disappointment.
Sauna is no longer in use
There's a handrail in the open-air bath, but it's wobbly and scary on all sides.
I'll stop doing anything more than that because it's critical.
There's a lot to point out.
I'd recommend a visit if you like.
I don't think it'll happen again.
