The Best Hotel
Pros:
Friendly staff. As one would expect in Japan, the courteous and friendly nature of the staff is 100%. I will go a step further and say they are one of the friendliest I have encountered, and I have learned from my travels that Nagasaki boasts this kind of reputation. We dropped off our bags before our room was ready, and when we checked in our bags were already nicely placed in our room. They helped with anything related to Nagasaki, from buying tram tickets, or accessing Mt. Inasa, etc. By the way, you can purchase tram tickets here (called “romen densha” in Japanese) which is very convenient in getting around town.
Beautiful, clean hotel. Everything feels brand new. As mentioned above, great location too. The bed was very comfortable and room also offered a bathtub.
Free access to hot bath. This was a key feature for us, as not all hotels offer such amenities. The hot bath is separated by sex, and has lockers, showers, hot bath, cold water bath, and dry sauna. Excellent way to relax. Kids are allowed if accompanied by adult.
Good, spacious gym with 4 treadmills, free weights, kettle bells, and pull-up bar machine.
Next time in Nagasaki, we want to stay here again. Thank you to the staff for an excellent experience.

Satisfaction is high even when staying mainly for sightseeing
It was my first trip to Nagasaki and I stayed there during Lantern Festival in February.
It was an overnight trip to actively enjoy sightseeing, such as walking around the hilly city and boarding a sightseeing boat. I was not sure if it would be a relaxing hotel where I could wear in-house clothes easily, but since it was a newly created hotel and it was my first Hilton, I chose this one. It turned out to be a great answer.
"When we dropped our bags off at the bell desk on the ground floor before we checked in, they said, ""I'll put them in your room,"" so we could go sightseeing with peace of mind."
I was a little concerned about the details, even though the expectations were high, but overall I was satisfied with the stay, including the value for money.
This time I stayed in an Executive Deluxe Room Twin.
It was on the 11th floor with a good view, a coffee machine and lounge access.
The room is easy to use, and I felt the design was very good for an international brand.
The bathroom was particularly comfortable and I was able to use the bath salts I brought with me to relieve my fatigue. I think having a bath chair would have made it even more comfortable.
I didn't use the hot spring facility because I couldn't make it in time for sightseeing at night and couldn't travel around the facility in the morning with slippers, but I was satisfied with the bath in my room.

The amenities may depend on the plan, as I didn't see anything uplifting in the photos beforehand.
The lounge on the same floor was very comfortable with a view and a bright atmosphere. The receptionist's female staff were especially nice and I felt comfortable.
We used tea time (10am-5pm) and cocktail time (5pm-7pm). Alcohol and snacks will be served during cocktail time and draft beer will be brought to your order by our staff. We were able to move from tea time to cocktail time straight away and enjoy it slowly before the crowds started.
Breakfast was all delicious, especially the live kitchen omelette and Nagasaki-like dish udon.
Since the buffet offered a slightly smaller amount of each dish, I felt that a more comfortable amount would make the choice more enjoyable.
It has been several months since we stayed, but looking back, I still remember the comfort of the room, the good location and the pleasant service of the staff.
It was a very good base for sightseeing in Nagasaki and made my first trip there more memorable.
It is a hotel where you would like to stay again.
