This hotel was fantastic! I stayed for two night whilst I explored Hakone, there were perfect in every way.
I speak only English but this was no way a hindrance to my stay and I will 100% be staying again.

The room was nice, though.

The room was good, but I spent the night feeling bad, not knowing that I had no toothbrush in the room and that I would ask the front desk.
A chubby man with long hair was dealing with it, but I don't think he was kind enough to deal with it. I want you to show me properly at the front desk.
I also want them to respond with a little more smile.

Something bad, something good

1. At the hotel website it was written that the hotel is 10 minutes on foot from the station. It is actually 25 minutes on foot from the station.
2. Rooms are small but clean.
3. Elevator and vending machines - very convenient.
4. There was some noise both inside and outside the hotel - not very good for the rest
5. The breakfast was not good, not bad - nothing to remember.

老朽化してました、リニューアルお勧めです。駅からは近くて、こまりません。お安いのであまり多くは言えませんが
