Bed bugs and hygiene concerns.

Stayed 13–18 Oct (rooms 902/501) and it was the worst experience I’ve had. Room 902 was not properly cleaned or disinfected: shared non-disposable slippers, hair in many areas and the sink, and I developed bites. I have a video of a bug on the bed, photos of bites and black spots on sheets suggesting bed bugs, and message screenshots showing my complaints, room mix-ups, and the host proposing pest control while we were still inside (which I refused). A piece of clothing also went missing during the room change.
After being moved back to the original room, I noticed new bites before my early flight home. I was later asked to post a positive review; I responded that a partial refund for the two nights on infested beds would be the minimum—my reviews are not for sale, and I never asked for a full refund. I kept all message screenshots. Back home I found bugs on my clothes and spent two days washing and drying everything. The situation was poorly managed with no meaningful compensation, causing health concerns and a ruined vacation. I cannot recommend this listing.

Clean, Quiet, enjoyable stay

Studio Apartment Room in 7/F with 2 double beds
Clean and quiet. Bathroom with preheating and drying before and after use. With all the essential toiletries and washing powder.
Not too far walk from Nippombashi station Exit No 7.
Nearby has LAWSON and 7-11. If you know the way, a walkable distance to local supermarket and Aeon store.

第二次去日本，第一次去大阪，落地直奔民宿，到地方了找不着，位置不准确，招牌太小了，所以就打电话，无人接听，后来通过自己的努力找到了，说实话酒店卫生一般，拖鞋太脏了。第二天早晨热水器坏了，打电话无人接听，通过携程才知道电话24小时无人接听，后来通过邮箱联系上店家，唯一满意的是热水器维修很及时。维修师傅是中国人，店老板也是中国人，按道理来说应该支持一下同胞，但是综上所述真给不了好评，以上均是良心所述。

该民宿位置非常好，旺中带静，Lowson和Family Mart就在左右，但该地段感觉已变成中国街，全是中国餐馆和中国人开的药妆店、物流...等，其实对我没有影响。房东在我们入住前发了电邮说明有关入住流程，非常详细，会中文的都会明白。房间设施需要的都有，整洁乾净。个人温馨提示：因为是民宿，所以最好自备个人清洁用品和浴巾，一次性四件套床单也可令你睡得安心！
