DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Absolute WORST hotel I have ever booked! I don’t even know where to start with everything that was wrong with this hotel. The building is old, the rooms are old, the room is so small you can barely walk in it let alone get any luggage in there, the room was dirty, the room smelled, the manager was a nightmare, and I don’t know why this hotel doesn’t have lower ratings. This was our first trip to Osaka, Japan, and we did not realize that most of the hotel’s have a rule only two people per room, regardless of room or bed size. We had our daughter with us, and the other hotels accommodated us and let her stay with us, but charged an additional fee. This hotel flat out refused to let the three of us stay together, and they were completely sold out so we couldn’t purchase a second room. We decided for my daughter and I to stay at the hotel, and my husband to walk to another hotel and get a room there. After being in the room for only 10 minutes, we left and went and stayed at my husband’s hotel. I had put the slippers on that are given in the room, and when I looked at the bottom of them, there was hair on them like the floor was not clean. There was also a smell to the room like it had not been cleaned. I emailed the hotel and asked for a refund because I had left the room due to it not being clean. The hotel refused to give me a refund. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel that my husband checked into not only accommodated us by allowing our daughter to stay in the same room with us, but upgraded our room at no cost so that we had more space. That hotel is within walking distance.

Location is pretty ideal, less than five minutes walk to the subway which is a great alternative in the event of bad weather.
Despite staying on the second level, the sound proof of the room is surprisingly good.
Customer service personnel are friendly, helpful, and can communicate in English.
Cleanliness is also topnotch, and the electrical appliances are pretty new and of reputable brands.

As for my first time visit Japan (Osaka) i felt like i’ve made a good decision to stay here for 5 nights straight. Located in the heart of city Namba which is just walking distance like within 3-5mins to Dotonbori & Shinsaibashi area. And also near access to Metro, JR, Kintetsu & Nankai line. Lawson and 7e just right and left hotel so not to worry if hungry at the night out of sudden, plus easy to get halal food as well as Muqam Restaurant just next to 7e.
This hotel is self-checkin/checkout hotel and the system very easy to use plus their receptionist very friendly and helpful. No regrets and would recommend to my family & friends and sure will be back again.

Great location, yo can walk to Dotonburi in 3 mins. The room not too small and good onsen after 20k steps!
