Next to the subway station

Good hotel, next to the metro station which causes a certain ma impression of the surroundings, but everything clean and well presented.

Great connections for a fair price!

Decent location for a fair price. You're located literally next to a metro station and one stop away from the Shinkansen station. However that comes with the downside that you're further away from everything else, although not a major negative as the action is only 10 minutes ride away.
The hotel itself is great, the staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable. However we had issues where the bathroom would stay moist after shower even throughout the night. I think there was something wrong with the ventilation in the bathroom? We somewhat managed to fix this by opening the window, but it might not be pleasant if you're staying in the colder months.
Overall a good stay and a handy layover location if you're heading out of Osaka via Shinkansen!

Satisfied with the room and facilities.

The hotel had been renovated, so it was crunchy and I had no complaints about the rooms. It is close to the subway station and Shin-Osaka station, so I think the location is good. As for breakfast, I had a reasonable impression. I stayed two nights and the menu was pretty much the same, the orange juice was thin instead of 100% fruit juice. There were many foreigners who spoke loudly, and the atmosphere was not calm at all, leaving a bad impression.

Convenient location

Right next to the subway which is one stop aeay from Shin-Osaka. Aside from the convenient location and availability of food around the block, you'd have to travel elsewhere to shop. The staff were very friendly. Found the bed mattress to be a tad hard. Otherwise it's good for a transfer stay!

Orchids Everywhere

Orchids everywhere. Such a beautiful entrance. We had a small twin room. Clean beds and the bathroom was spotless. An easy walk to the bullet train station. There was a supermarket close by too. We ate Okinomohaki for dinner close by. The summer festival fireworks we were able to watch from the roof of the hotel. Would I stay at this hotel again......? Yes.
