Perfect

We had 2 days in Sapporo and so glad we stayed here. Not one issue at all. Actually, all I can do is rave about it.
Check in was a breeze. On top of that, they were able to accommodate my early check in request.
The room was huge and definitely larger than I can imagine for Japan. We had a suite but this one was huge and we appreciate it as coming from Tokyo, all the rooms were so small.
Breakfast buffet cannot be beat. Massive spread and so many variety. Soo good too.
Location cannot be more convenient. The train station is less than a 2mins walk. The shops and markets are about 15mins walk away. Cannot complain at all.
The whole hotel has a smart contemporary elegance to it. A must and recommended.

Hotel you want to use again

There are not many hotels in Sapporo that have gyms, so I use this one, which also has a gym and public bath. It has been in business for two years, so the hotel itself is new and the rooms and restaurant are very beautiful. Depending on the time of day, the public bath may be crowded or empty. At night, the floor may be covered with hair and I sometimes feel like it is not being cleaned well.
The restaurant has a calm atmosphere on both the first and second floors. Breakfast is tasty with a wide variety, but I recommend going early as the food will not be replenished near the end of the day and the cleanup will start early. The parfaits in the lounge on the ground floor are very good. My neighbor had afternoon tea, but he had to book in advance, so I'd like to try it next time.
The subway station is close by and Nakajima Park is nearby, making the location perfect. Nakajima Park feels good when you take a walk on a sunny day.
Overall, I think it's a very good hotel.

Modern and great value

Modern property with great service and convenient location. The room was spacious and practical. Staff was very helpful.

Very clean and nice hotel. Friendly staff. Convenient location next to Nakajima Park, with playground and a children centre for kids. A few minutes walk towards the direction of Susukino have numerous good restaurant choices.

The hotel was overall excellent. Helpful friendly staff, beautiful, clean, spacious room. The biggest disappointment was the extra charges to use the fitness center.
