Good value 3 / 4 star hotel near the station
Overall its very good, modern and conveniant. I liked the room it was a touch on the small side and the photos made it look a bit bigger than it was and the shower over bath isnt for me but honestly other than that I have very little to complain about.
The price was great, the staff were very good and very friendly especially reception staff and the cleaners. The rooms are kept clean and tidy and the hotel is spotless. The free snack bar in the afternoon / evening was actually pretty handy.
Its likely you will have a car, the hotel has a small stack car park but there is a proper multi story over the road (1 min walk) which is 1800JPY per 24hrs. There are some cheaper options but they are 10 min walk.
There is a 711 in the building next door. The area the hotel is in is nice and its walkable from the station in under 10 mins.
We had an earthquake during our stay at 5am on our first night and the hotel felt very safe. It was a 6.2 so not small.
I would 100% return to this hotel and I could not find anything cheaper that offered this standard of room for the dates we were there.

Very comfortable and spacious hotel with friendly staff and an excellent location. It’s right next to JR Sapporo Station and two large shopping malls, which makes everything incredibly convenient. Susukino is only about a 20-minute walk away, so it’s easy to enjoy the lively nightlife as well. We truly loved our stay and would happily return.

English friendly hotel
Stayed one night on January 13, 2026 and previously stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Hiroshima, so the impression is good
Location:
Although it is close to Sapporo station, it is also a 7 minute walk, if you have luggage it may take 10 minutes.
But at least do not take the subway.
I arrived on the day it was very snowy, so pay attention to carrying luggage to this hotel in the winter.
Services:
Service has always been a landmark for Sisu Garden
1. All service staff can communicate fluently in English
2. Guests come in and out and have eye contact with guests.
3. Service staff very active and courteous
4. I pulled my luggage when it came in heavy snow, to the hotel is the whole suitcase is also snow. When I was doing my work, the service staff kept wiping me the snow on the trunk, which really admired and impressed me.
Room:
I chose the superior double room for shower.
The shower room is at the door, so there are several doors inside the bathroom
The toilet is separate from the hand wash.
Very large and spacious, sleeping very comfortable
Health has no problems, perfect
The interior facilities are very new, much new than Hiroshima.
The interior view window is very large, higher than the sky, and the snow is very good.
Facilities:
The hotel has a large bath, but the large bath is slightly narrow compared to other hotels, there is only a large hot tub, there is also notice that the opening time is 1500-0900, it is not possible to get up late
Hotel 2F has rest facilities, although the announcement says that food cannot be brought outside, but it is not known that there are still many people who openly enjoy foreign food

Nice room and hotel, great location for shopping and access to the city (trains, buses and taxis everywhere).
