1階エントランスにてお客様をいい香りでお出迎えでき大変嬉しく存じます。
またスタッフの対応に関しましてもお褒めのお言葉を賜り大変光栄でございます。朝食は東北の食材をふんだんに使用した16種類の小鉢をご用意しております。季節ごとにメニューを変更しておりますのでまたお越しいただいた際にもお楽しみいただけるかと存じます。
ラウンジサービスは15時から23時までお時間ごとに異なったサービスをご提供しております。ごゆっくりお寛ぎいただけたご様子に安心いたしました。
最後になりますがお客様のまたのお越しをスタッフ一同心よりお待ち申し上げております。

I want to stay at this hotel by bullet train...
Not only the front desk, but also the rooms were designed in such a detailed way that I could smile. On TV I could hear Bach’s music selected by classical sommelier, so I forgot to go to sleep and repeated it three times to immerse myself in Bach’s madness.
Welcome drinks (& sweets), breakfast were refreshing as we felt the sincerity of our guests. I was very satisfied. Thank you very much.

ホテルグランバッハはドイツの有名な音楽家であるJ.S.バッハの名に由来しており、館内は「音楽」をモチーフとした造りになっております。館内のロビーにはバッハが隠れていたり、楽器や音符のオブジェが多数ございます。
当ホテルはプロの演奏者を招き、生演奏を行っております。
