People are warm.
I only booked it because I wanted to keep the cost down when I booked, but the most impressive thing about this stay was the warmth of the staff.
Besides checking in, they also asked us to go out and introduce us to recommended nearby restaurants, etc., and we were treated warmly as if we had always known each other. I want to use it again.

It was cheap, but clean and comfortable, and the staff was kind.
The room was clean, the view from the room was good, and the staff were very happy with the friendly people.
We will also use it for business trips to Gunma.
