great hotel in KOENJI

great hotel, quiet and clean, good location close to all amenities, in the period of stay was not available breakfast, friendly staff, helpful to our requests and always smiling, great facility, we will return.

Budget Hotel

If your purpose of visiting Tokyo is purely to enjoy the cityoutdoors and the sole purpose of a room is for luggage storage and a place to rest at night -- then this is the hotel for you. Its neither cheap nor costly and doesnt have breakfast. Word of Caution for the claustrophobic-- the room (or maybe more aptly -- the SPACE) is really tiny.
Great location, a stone's throw away from Koenji train station and the Mets Hotel. You'll enjoy the hippie town of Koenji

Comfortable

It sits across the street from JR station which makes it's perfectly located. The rates are much lower from downtown Tokyo. Even though the decor is not modern or fancy, it got a homey vibe which reminds me of grandma's house. I love it.

Calm Area in Tokyo

Very calm area in Tokyo and near from Sinjuku . The station is front the hotel .
You will found lot of store
it's easy for joint Shinjuku .
you will be like Koenji in night . The staff speak english .

There are Many Reason to Stay at the Hotel Ark Tower Koenji!

The Hotel Ark Koenji is affordable, clean, has comfortable beds, awesome bathrooms, a very helpful staff, and very upscale architecture. It is not a Ryokan style (Japanese) hotel room. The toilets are the Japanese high tech style, which are very nice.
I can not find anything critical to say about it. We had a very nice stay and would definitely stay here again.
If you like experiencing the local culture, you will also be very happy with the neighborhood.
Koenji is the hidden reason for staying at this hotel. Koenji is an area in Tokyo that is full of small family run shops and businesses. They range in size to a man selling his families honey in a closet size shop, to a woman selling her own recipe for chicken out of a wooden window. If you like Japanese antiques and local markets, Koenji has those too.
Simply put, it is very charming in Koenji.
The Hotel Ark Tower is a very nice hotel and you will be very happy with it.
