Helpful manager and front desk staff made my stay very pleasant

I chose this hotel for a business trip initially because of its location, and this is the second time I stay here. Location is super convenient, near Tokyo station. It is cozy, and very tidy and clean. What makes the hotel special is because of the manager, Sato-san, and front desk staff Yadav who helped resolve my booking issues with a travel site, which I couldn't resolve for three days with the site's customer service! Thank you both, and I will come back again!

Just a stopover but hotel and staff were excellent and very convenient location close to subway and train

Great location - comfortable stay.

Arriving late into Tokyo Station we needed a hotel within walking distance that would work for a one night stay before heading off the next day. This hotel ticked all the boxes: great location five minute walk from the station, really friendly and welcoming staff (even at 10pm), and a small but comfortable room. Beds were a little on the firm side for me but had a good nights sleep nonetheless. Very quiet location.

A convenient, clean, and affordable hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was very tasty. The room was a nice size. And the air conditioning was a huge plus.

beyond what i expected , were customer focused , excellent work.
