Good hotel when travelling with 2 adults and 2 teens.
I little out of major Tokyo tourist districts but very close to Subway..
It rains one day when we were at the hotel and due to its open architectural design the water/humidity made the hallway smell very bad.

Great Stay!

Wonderful stay! Staff is extremely helpful and thoughtful. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious, would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a convenient location. We were traveling with our Daughter/Family who was staying 8 nights. We only stayed for 3, but wanted to be in the same hotel.
It is a bit confined for space. We had the twin room for my wife and I, but you had to coordinate some movements to not run into each other. But, it was certainly better than a cookie cutter hotel room with bathroom.
AC unit in main area and another in bedroom, so easy to manage temperatures.
Bathroom was nice and very clean.
I will only add that because the 4+ floors have an open center atrium, but landings outside the room were a bit dirty. Paying almost double what a regular hotel room rate is, I expected it a bit more in that area.
I understand security, but a bit of a bummer that we (5th floor) could not go up to our family's room (6th floor) or them to us. I think if you have a room key you should be able to visit the other floors.

We have always stayed at this Mimaru whenever we visit Tokyo and it has always been an excellent stay. It is aprox 12 mins walk to Tokyo station and its surrounding area and it is next 3 convenience stores, one being at the bottom of the hotel!
We always enjoy the breakfast from one of those stores and bringing it back to the hotel to eat as the room has a nice dining table that we can all sit around. We went for the bunk bed and separate bed room type this time around although the main living room was slightly smaller than what we were used to, the fact we had an extra room meant we, family of 5 can comfortably stay.
Staff at reception are always super helpful, speaking excellent English (better than my Japanese for sure!) and always eager to help.
I've noticed there are tons of other Mimaru but I feel with the proximity to the Tokyo station and 2 other underground stations being like 5 mins walk away, this makes the most convenient and efficient place to base your self. We will be back for sure!

We loved the mini kitchen and washer/ dryer in our suite. Probably wouldn’t pay extra for the City view next time since many buildings were blocking the view. About 20 minute flat walk from Tokyo Station and only minutes away from the subway. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby and a few drugstores and markets. Peaceful escape from the other crazy overcrowded areas in Tokyo. Staff communicated well whenever I had any questions and the response was prompt. Definitely would recommend staying here again!
