It was easy to get to and I felt a high level of hospitality

I used it from the previous night to attend the ceremony and the reception. I was looking forward to it, as I rarely use a luxury hotel in the country except for lunch buffets or attending receptions.
For transportation, I used the underground parking lot by car to get there because there was a lot of luggage. Guests are charged 1,500 yen per night. It is free when you visit the library for a meeting in advance or to bring in luggage. On the way back, I had a drink and, as my relatives were staying there, I left my car and took the subway home, but it was very convenient because it was directly connected to Suitengu Station from the hotel entrance on the basement floor and the ticket gate was also quick.
Check-in is at 3pm (C/O is at 12pm) and we are relaxing in the large lobby, but it took a bit of time as there was a line before 3pm. It would be pleasant if it were a little faster and smoother. Pick up the elevator key and room key that stops only in the common area and accommodation floor at the front desk and go to your room. My mother and I used the twin room that day, which is big enough for two people. The same goes for the room of his wife and second daughter and other relatives. The rooms are equipped with TV, suitcase stand, chairs and table, office desk, refrigerator, safe, multi outlet in each country, hair dryer, electric kettle, closet etc. The free coffee service was not instant. We also had two plastic bottles of water. There were no bathrobes, but one-piece indoor clothing and disposable slippers. I can air-condition myself, but my step-parents' room seemed to have trouble adjusting. Body soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were like luxury hotels abroad with L'Occitane amenities. Brushing teeth, razors, etc. Hand soap is provided. The only towels were bath towels and face towels, and I thought it would be convenient to have a hand towel. The bed's stiffness is sloppy. If I asked, the morning paper was also a service. I had dinner with my relatives near the walk, but there were many restaurants in the area, from fast food to high-end Japanese restaurants. The morning meal was a breakfast buffet at the restaurant on the ground floor. There are not many items but the ingredients look good and the taste was very good. Personally, I liked the dried fruit in the yogurt corner. There was no cold tea, but fruit drinks were substantial. Today is a ceremony at the chapel. The reception hall is said to be the room where the Kim Tak movie was set. Some of the full-course meals were unusual. The staff are very professional. My next door neighbor is TCAT, but it is directly connected by a connecting bridge, and there are convenience stores, 100 yen, etc., which was very useful. It would be easy to come from the airport in a big carrying case. There were a few shops in the neighborhood that I skipped. The Suitengu was also right away, and I made my first visit in 30 years. I left my car and went home, so the next morning I took the subway from my home to pick up a car to take my relatives, who were staying for three nights, sightseeing in Tokyo. Popular town station is also nearby. I went to the hotel several times to prepare, but the transportation from the parking lot to the upper floor was smooth. I brought in a lot of luggage the week before for the reception entertainment, but it was very helpful to have the attendants carry it by cart from the car stop. On the way home, they picked me up from my room and brought my cardboard and luggage to my car by cart. Hotels in Tokyo have been very expensive in the past few years, but this time I was glad to stay at a luxury hotel for ¥15,000/person, including breakfast and tax, even during the holidays, for accommodation accompanying the wedding. I wish I could have stayed the next day. Accommodation, wedding, reception, beauty salon, costume room, lobby, guest rooms, and all other staff were also treated with hospitality and good memories. They were also happy. I recommend coming to Japan.

We enjoyed eating in the downstairs informal restaurant and especially the one to one tempura restaurant..very special. Also, enjoyed afternoon wine/beer and appetizers in the Lounge with a fantastic view of Tokyo Tower. Appreciated being next door to the TCAP and easy access to the metro.

Total Disaster from the check-in experience ! Total Nonsense and lack of flexibility.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience at Royal Park Hotel was disappointing from the moment I arrived.
After a 12-hour flight, I checked in only to discover that the room assigned to me had a small single bed. I requested a room with a double bed, but was told none were available. However, while standing at the reception desk, I checked Agoda and could clearly see rooms with double beds still being offered at the same rate.
The staff maintained that no such rooms were available and instead proposed an upgrade to an Executive Room at an additional cost. After some discussion, they agreed to a discount, but I still had to pay extra simply to obtain a proper-sized bed for a two-night stay.
The disappointment continued when I asked about the gym facilities. Despite having just paid extra for an Executive Room, I was informed that gym access was not included and required yet another additional fee. This felt unreasonable and completely out of line with what one would expect from a hotel of this category.
What frustrated me most was not the extra cost itself, but the lack of flexibility and customer care. After a long international flight, guests expect hospitality, understanding, and solutions, not constant upselling and additional charges !!
Japan is renowned worldwide for its exceptional service, which makes this experience even more surprising. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had in Japan, and I left with the feeling that guest satisfaction was not a priority at all - i am sorry but this is so bad !!
I would not choose to stay here again.

Though a bit outdated, the facilities are meticulously clean and the staff are incredibly attentive.
